Sewage here today and gone quickly!
Thank you Stacey and Shaun for going above and beyond today with sorting our big issue. We had the streets "waste" at the back of our house. They quickly identified the problem, took ownership and cleared everything and did a thorough clean all around an hour. Its been a really horrible few days and I cant thank you enough for sorting this out for us. A credit to Severn Trent.

Blockage sorted!
The lads turned up and got on with it, investigated the issue, went through neighbours man hole covers too, left everything working and made sure there was no further issues down the line.

Great service.
Had recurring problem with our blocked sewage pipe. But luckily had visit from Severn Trent engineer Tennyson Wilson, who not only went above and beyond in sorting it, but did so in exemplary fashion. Polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. He also kept us fully informed at each stage of the process. He is a great asset to the company.
