Great service from the helpful man in the Cambridge store the week before Christmas: He managed to order an out-of-stock item and it arrived at my house within 48 hours, in time to be gifted to the happy recipient. Really good quality, very happy all round.

The item was never sent and I ordered this as a Christmas present for my daughter. I had to contact customer services who said no action had been taken on the order! So I got a refund instead

Staff were very helpful and super polite. I ordered for pick up and to buy things on site. All very easy, extra discounts applied also

Fabulous service. Didn't have what I wanted in stock so immediately offered to send it to me with free delivery. And it arrived in a couple of days. I have been into your stores a.few.times.recently at Cambridge and Bury St Edmunds, mainly to buy gifts for my grandson so I am not really a typical Superdry customer!. Your staff are friendly, helpful and professional and its such a nice change to feel like a valued customer.

Have used super dry several times good service and postage time. Very up to date with returns and found it free and easy enough to return items. Just a shame this time my coat didn’t fit and next size down is not available now.

Staff was really really friendly! I requested a jacket from the previous season, but they had it in a different colour. They offered me to try it on to get a reference on the size, and after that, we ordered it in the colour I wanted. Delivery was fast, and generally the whole experience was great. Will definitely shop again.

Salesclerks in the shop are genuinely friendly and helpful. And the system regarding scanning the code on the package in order to get the information of the product was very intelligent.

Overall, I like shopping with Superdry. I find they deliver promptly and it is easy to return in store. It is a bit more of a pain when the shops are closed as i don't have a drop off point near me. I like going in the shop in Cambridge - the staff are always extremely helpful and friendly without being pushy.
My recent purchase was a coat which was absolutely huge - shame as I liked it a lot. I do find the sizing slightly inconsistent but that is the same in many places. I have some wardrobe staples - long sleeved tops and jeans that i always purchase from Superdry and will continue to do so. Ideally i like things without logos all them. I would buy a lot more hoodies and tops if they didn't have logos on them.
