An Ordering Disaster - 3 Times!!
The order address, dispatch and paperwork was executed incorrectly 3 separate times! This led to an acceptable level of hassle and an extended delivery time. Moreover, my request for a discount led to an offer of just NOK85, which I believe was ridiculously low given the serious litany of errors I had to endure.

Wrong size shipped and failed delivery.
I ordered a pair of jeans and a singlet. My first order was processed and shipped, but it got cancelled for some reason and I was never informed that it was cancelled. I called customer service and they said all they could do was refund me, and I would have to place the order again. I did that, and when I finally got my order, my jeans were the wrong size. I will be returning my purchase. I'm very unhappy with the service.

delivery process was very efficient
Delivery was very fast. Needed to return the item due to wrong size. Return delivery from Norway is confusing when sending the package. Firstly the item is purchased from a Norwegian web address and return has to go to UK. The package comes with a return sticker with address, which is very efficient, but it is confusing with what happens with customs clearance. I sent the package with normal post w/o tracking and it costs NOK 150 (with tracking is more than NOK 300). However, the new item arrived quickly again after it was received in UK.
The item was price tagged with GBP 49.90 and cost NOK 899 in Norway
