Left wondering if present would arrive, eventually it did and I am delighted with the quality of the materials. Pity about the communication issues

I sent for a sushi gift pack for a Christmas present at the beginning of December, 2 weeks before Christmas I sent an email asking if my pack had been sent out, got an email the next day saying it had been posted but they would send another, 3 days later (you guessed it) both parcels arrived, I got back to Sushisushi and said if they could send me a freepost label or such I would send one of them back, I had an email saying I could keep both of them and wishing me a Happy Christmas. They weren't to blame for the 1st parcel getting lost, but even so they sent me another, I have only praise for them and the excellent customer service I experienced, I shall certainly be shopping with them again in the future. I wish them a very HAPPY CHRISTMAS.

Overall service is pretty bad, i ordered the item well in advance yet after 5 days it still had not turned up, emailed the office and they told me it would be delivered the next day. Still not turned up. So my Dad goes without a xmas present this. Not good. Also the email sent to me asking to review the service was addressed to someone called Kit, my name is Danny??!! I wonder if the product will ever turn up?! But I think a refund is in order.

I can't tell you whether their stuff is good bad or indifferent. It simply never came. We'll have to see about a refund.

Ordered 4 bottles of Tiger Tiger Red Thai Salad Dressing, came super quick by courier, received text message to advise a 2 hr window of when they would be with me. Postage costs only £1 too. Definitely recommend.

so i had ordered 5 packs of the yam noodles , 2 days later and the package arrives , prompt ant well packaged , upon opening the package there is only 1 pack of noodles , so i contact the company and after a 2 day wait receive a reply from paul apologising for the mix up and saying that they would dispatch the rest that same day .
A week later and i'm still waiting , so i cut my losses and ask for a refund , i received that refund today , i canonly assume that the second delivery was never dispatched , I wouldn't buy from sushi sushi again regardless of the winning reviews . Very disappointed

The items were delivered as expected, well wrapped (Loads of bubble wrap around glass jar'd items) and just perfect! Wouldn't hesitate on using again. What more was great after expressing my joy on twitter the company even replied!

THESE PEOPLE SEEM A BIT CONFUSED WHEN PUTTING THEIR ORDERS TOGETHER. SOMETIMES I GET 'SIMILAR' PRODUCTS, BUT NOT THE ONES THAT I ORDERED.

Everything as it should be, and an excellently designed website.

My first thoughts were that the value for money was good - I'd bought enough food for almost a week with just £15! I love the website, it's very clear and has lots to offer. The delivery came really quickly, and it was great getting the texts to tell me when it would arrive within an hour slot, and how easy it would have been to change the date had I wanted to. When I opened the box, I was shocked by how much was inside. I'd ordered a sushi kit for two, which had lots in, plus the bowl and chopsticks were separate, a chopstick rest and one lot of Japanese noodles - and there must have been almost 20 packets of them in various flavours in the box. Five packets of noodles fed eight hungry students with large appetites! Very impressed with this website.

Food arrived on time but the date best before was Nov 12 (packed in Nov 11).

Generally a good experience, the items all arrived and I paid much less than if I had bought things at a supermarket. The delivery wasn't up to scratch however: I ordered on a Thursday evening and expected everything to arrive on the Monday as next day delivery is advertised, however when I called on Monday it turned out that it hadn't been sent, I got an apology but no explanation. I got the order on Tuesday but had to wait in all day for it, another company I order from uses DPD and is able to give me a one hour delivery slot, DPD offers this service to their customers for free so it would make sense for sushisushi to make use of it and keep their customers happier. I was also given no tracking number with my delivery confirmation email, simple things can mean the difference between repeat custom and looking for better service elsewhere.

I used SushiSushi to purchase items, very last minute, for a colleague who was leaving. The selection was great and I was able to put quite a collection together to build a great gift.
I also contacted SushiSushi to ask how quickly the items would be with me - the response was very fast and the items were delivered as stated.

Attractive website, with all the ingredients I needed in the kit I bought. Delivered on time.

My parcel arrived incredibly quickly, however, one item was missing. When I called they said it would be with me the next day - and it was! The actual products were a present but appear to be very high quality.

Bought some fabulous kids bento boxes and accessories . Great prices and fast delivery.

Ordered on 25th August and was delighted they have next day delivery. However we've still not received goods (5th Sept) despite chasing the company and promises from them it would be with us by now. Shoddy service - and no communication from them to say there would be a delay in shipping.

I ordered 4 items from Sushisushi. The website advertises next day courier delivery (£5.95). My order was dispatched by Royal Mail second class. When the package finally arrived one of the essential items was missing. The delivery note showed it was out of stock and I would be refunded. Not happy.

Seaweed was good price and was delivered really quickly.

Ordered a Geisha Sake set, Sushi making book and Ornate chopsticks. All came well packaged and in good condition. My other half was very happy with his birthday presents! Very quick delivery!
