I ordered on Thursday and it arrived on Monday. I'm very pleased with the price of my order and the speed of service.

I ordered something urgently and they said the item should arrive the day after, but it didnt, and when I phoned they just said 'oh we only packed your parcel yesterday' . . . . so not happy because I had to let down clients. Should I know it will be 1 -2 days late then I would have asked express delivery.

Great selection and fast delivery, pleased to have found this place.

I'm so excited about being able to make my own sushi! Eveything arrived quickly and in great condtion- the ginger is delicious! If the postage was't so steep I would have bought a lot more, hence 4 stars.

I placed an order and, after not hearing anything for 6 days, emailed the company. They responded very quickly with an apology and an explanation - one item was out of stock. I switched for another flavour of the same item and the complete order was despatched that day, arriving the next morning.
Excellent service, but I would suggest letting people know when items are out of stock and giving a choice of resolutions.

An easy to navigate site and although the delivery costs are expensive the speed of delivery helps make up for this. Would use again.

Great Service, very wide range and lots of yummee sushi!!!

Far too expensive for what it is!! I live in a remote area, so access to things like sushi rice is rather difficult. That said, the items themselves came to less than £10, then tax and delivery took it up to almost double that. Really didn't feel it was worth it.

The roasted seaweed is a lighter green colour than I had hoped for, so pretty bad quality.

The package didn't have my name on it, despite this being given in the order process and the bag was open when I received it.

Overall not impressed with the service or price and I wouldn't shop here again.

Promptness is not particularly important to me: I live in Guernsey so your stuff has to be posted to me. More important is quality and this last lot left nothing to be desired - I much enjoyed some with my lunch today.

Well, a mixed bag I would say. Great website, good variety of products, but I had some issues once I placed an order. I paid my money, having checked the small print about foreign delivery (it said this would be clearly stated before I put in my card details and forked out a nice sum of money). Then I got an email saying I had to pay another 32.95 for taxes and delivery! I'm not sure this is even legal, but I could not find any distance selling legislation to back up my case. I felt awfully cheated, to be honest. They were quick to give a refund when I refused to pay, and were not impolite about it, but I will never shop on this site again.

Easy to navigate website, extremely quick delivery (although the delivery charges reflect this), and good quality products making for a fun night of sushi making :-)
