Sushi making kit I ordered as a Christmas presie arrived promptly and happy with the product. Good value for money.

Improvements could be made on the packaging - all contents were loose within a jiffy bag which was a bit of a let down. Description of a kit gives impression the product would be in a box or packaged as a whole. Also, the chopsticks were not wrapped which I found a bit off putting and unhygienic.

Orders were quickly dispatched although the last one was a bit damaged and some items' packs were a bit squashed. Good selection of available products and competitive prices.

The order took 10 days to be delivered and they sent it to the invoice address and the delivery address.

The products that sushi sushi sell are fantastic and a real godsend considering I live in Cornwall and there are no Asian supermarkets.

The delivery was not next day but I got one order in 2 days and another in 3.

Only thing to be careful of is that if you are delivering to your work address the company name did not get put on the package so I nearly didn't get it at all. And also info I put into the order notes was ignored.

I paid for the goods last wednesday afternoon and was very happy to say my nori sheets and sushi kit arrived the next day. I received an email to say it had been dispatched and was kept informed -top class ! My girlfriend was well impressed with my sushi making skills :) and next time will defo order more sushi gear.

The package was missing something but upon intimating that, customer service certainly responded quickly saying it would be sent out. At this moment it hasn't arrived but provided it does then I will be happy

Hi, The Kit I chose was delivered very quickly, contents as expected. This is a Christmas present for my wife, who loves sushi, and wants to try making her own. We'll probably be ordering more sushi supplies in the new year.

My dauhgters teacher is a huge fan of all things Japanese and so for a present with a difference I ordered him a sushi making kit for 2 . The service was excellent, communication fab, and the kit has everthing needed for a fun sushi night in . The price in my oppinion was reasonable as was the postage . I would recommend using sushishusi .

£24.99 was a priced I deemed reasonable for my first Sake set (serving jug and four cups.) And I was pleased to have received my order as described and within a few days of purchasing it.

I am not 100% about the quality of the product, however. The quality of the application of the black glazing to the porcelain could do with some revision. Otherwise, as a cheap Sake set it occupies its position on my shelf with pride.

If a cheap Sake set is what you're after, then the sets supplied by SushiSushi should not be overlooked.

The most incredible quality, and value, of Sushi products to treat and entertain yourself and your family. Outstanding customer service, I will be using this website for years to come.

Initiay I was impressed by the website and by the speed of dispatch. Unfortunately a rice mould arrived broken. I telephoned customer support and was told "that's very unusual I can't understand how it broke". This struck me as odd and made me feel like my account of events was being questioned. The manner of the person answering the call also gave the impression of a small scale outfit, as their telephone manner was rambling and sounded inefficient. I was informed a replacement would be coming out, however several weeks later it has still not arrived. I have since found an alternative more professional supplier

I bought a few boxes of strawberry sticks. The product was cheap (I think it was a special price, lucky me). It was the cheapest price on the web that time. Shipping was also qute moderate and fast. I only subtract one star cause some sticks were broken due to the packaging (not much love invested here). But anyway. Four stars. Will buy again.

We bought a sushi making kit from sushisushi through Qype deals and what a bargain. We made sushi for 8 guests for £16 inc delivery! We still have loads of things left over too.
