Great products and excellent service

Great product that arrived quickly, would definately recommend!

Everything was exactly as depicted on the site. The quality was excellent, as expected. I order quite a lot of stuff on the net, and am used to 3 or 4 week deliveries. Sushisushi delivered exactly what I ordered in less that a week. I was really pleased with the goods, the service, the quality, the price and the delivery. Hard to beat that one!

They have a good range of stock, all arrived within a few days.

Only a couple of gripes, seems they only have one set of prices regardless of weight or class, just different speeds. Also, there are a few more items they could have that their competitors stock, especially sushi related.

Ordered quite a few pieces which all arrived OK after a week.

One spice mix was out of stock so another was substituted - which I'm pleased about as it's given me a new taste experience.

I will order again - in fact ordering again tomorrow.

Order arrived in time specified. Very happy with goods, Would order from this company again.

I waited two weeks for my order, very poor communication, asked for refund which was given!

Received the order quite quickly but missing 2 items. Have been told that these will be sent, but after two weeks still nothing. Other than that a good site.

The sushi starter kit was delivered quickly and i felt it was very good value for money. Only improvement I would suggest is perhaps to include an ingredients list in English for those of us new to sushi or unable to speak Japanese. Overall though I would definitely recommend the service.

Great products and snappy delivery, unfortunately it went to the billing address instead of the delivery address. They were very nice on the phone and said they were happy to refund my delivery costs (need to check whether they did or not). I purchased a load of goodies as a Christmas present and the recipient was delighted.

I have made a few orders from this company and other than one hiccup where the postman hid the parcel and i didnt find it for a week, Ive never had a problem. infact the complete opposite.
Theyre a good interactive company that actually value customer opinion.

Products were great, and shipped out the same day as purchase date. Very good all round and will definitely recommend the company.

The sushi kit i ordered is brilliant and will make for a great party.
I think it should have come in a box as all the contents were loose in the post bag, i wanted t give as a present and had to find a box to package in.
It would also be good to have step by step instructions included.

Will buy again as can not find sushi sets anywhere else!

Price seems very good, products i ordered look good too but the soy sauce bottle broke in transit, infact box was in a box so not sure where all soy sauce went but class broken even in bubble wrap.

I got all my stuff in time, Extra Large Handai is same as I expected and wasnt damaged I like it and Wooden Sushi Press Box also is good, just Bamboo Rice Mixing Paddle is wrong one and not same as in picture, I got small 23cm wooden spoon, which is not even in page :P

Before I start, I should mention I love sushisushi and will continue purchasing from them on a regular basis. Now-

A couple months ago I made an order. After 3 weeks with no communication past "sent" I emaiuled them, to be told it was being resent. When the parcel finally arrive, four of the twenty items I ordered were missing. When I requested a resend/refund of these items, I was refunded half what i was owed, and was then no repsonded to again.

My recent order, which arrived today, was better. However, possibly due to christmas rush, took a long time to send, so I emailed them to be told "whoops, forgot, will sned it now"....

So anyway, expect great products at superb prices, and also expect some questionable service.

Very low price, and fast delivery.

After receiving my sushi kit I was disappointed to see that the box was ripped on both ends with the contents nearly spilling out. This was for a Christmas gift so I had hoped it would have arrived in better condition.
I don't have time to send it back, but I suggested to them that rather than wrapping a piece of cardboard around their boxes which does barely anything to protect them, perhaps bubblewrap would be better. Needless to say I didn't receive a reply to my complaint!

I ordered a japanese set from sushisushi as a christmas present. The set arrived by courier, very well packaged, the next day! The set was exactly what i was looking for and i had found previosuly japanese tea sets difficult to come by. This was traditional and unique.

I highly recommend shopping with sushisushi and will definitely use them again!
