I can honestly say that I received a 5 star service from James and his team. From what should have been a relatively straightforward buy to let purchase, we encountered a couple of unforeseen obstacles which meant that part of the financing for the purchase needed to be reconsidered. This led to a delay but James maintained a calm and confidence to the process, and went the extra mile by keeping in touch with the seller, whilst pursuing alternative options. The purchase eventually completed, I don't believe I would have got to that point without James's professional help. Highly recommend this company for any mortgage needs. From day 1, James was engaged and worked closely with our broker and lawyer in a somewhat complex and time constrained transaction. He was reachable through whatsapp on a moments notice (and we really needed it at times) and in the end we were able to get it over the line without a hitch. There are a number of mortgage brokers on the market, but when it's your first time buying, you want a broker that is not only personable but understanding of your individual circumstances. He also provided brilliant and proactive help dealing with the different parties in our long chain, which took a lot of pressure off us. He was clear, confident and positive throughout.
