So, when our 2 year’s was up, we were back on the phone to James. Now we have an amazing 5-year-deal which should see us through the inevitable rise in interest rates over the next few years. When that deal ends, we’ll be in touch with James again for the next one.

James and Alison were second to none in their service. As a self-employed person I was doubtful I’d actually be able to get a mortgage given the financial climate at the moment but James and Alison assured me I could and they were right. They walked me through the whole process and kept in touch all the way beyond getting my mortgage approved, until completion which was on Friday (hurray!). I had the pleasure of working with James Carson-Lee and Alison Mackenzie when applying for a remortgage.
It wasn’t going to be an easy task from the start , but talking to James from the first conversation I had with him I knew we would eventually get there,and put my 100% trust in him.
