We have been delighted with the excellent service and advice from James. He has been brilliant in sorting out the re-mortgage of our property and has saved us a small fortune compared to what we were offered by our existing lender. Paula and Ali have also been fantastic making sure we were kept up to date on the progress every step of the way. Using SMS has really taken all the stress out of the process and we will definitely be using them again and recommending them to our friends and family.

We have just remortgaged through SMS. I don't know how we would have coped without them to be honest! I would like to particularly thank James for all his expertise and wisdom and Ali for her advice, sensitivity and reassurance when I was being neurotic! They really did assist us all the way through the process, patiently explaining what was going on and keeping us updated at each stage. Thanks also to other members of the team I have spoken to along the way, who were always really helpful too. We would highly recommend SMS, especially for people (like me) who are a little daunted by things like mortgage applications ….it is reassuring to find a company who operate with such integrity.
