If you are looking for Spa/hot tub in…

If you are looking for Spa/hot tub in the UK, I can’t recommend this company enough…Our hot tub was delivered in May and we are absolutely over the moon with it.

It’s a genuine UK based company, I was invited to their showroom, ordering was easy, installation went smoothly and they are genuinely at the end of a phone if you encounter any issues.

We were new to all the chemicals so needed help a few times to get them balanced correctly and they were more than happy to help.

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company, you will definitely not be disappointed it’s pure luxury.

Looked at several companies supplying Hot Tubs and decided on this one. Everything went very smoothly. It was delivered on time and after 12 months it is running great. Would recommend this UK based company if you are looking at getting a Hot Tub.

Avoid at all costs, cheap rubbish and bad service

I wouldn't go with Rotospa(Sutton Spas), nothing but issues. I've had a tub with a hole in the shell, leaks, the headrests degraded so I have black bits floating in the tub, the air relief valve snapped, and all replacement parts which should be pence have been extortionate. I would avoid avoid avoid at all costs, these are an extremely budget brand, with very poor customer service. My tub turns itself off randomly, the controller keeps switching to Fahrenheit or resetting its time. Please save your money and look elsewhere.

Orbis Spa

I live in Kent and the day my spa was due for delivery the M25 had terrible delays, up to 2hrs.I was informed by phone and text regarding new arrival time.What a lovely young man Luke was who delivered my spa,he was not fazed or stressed considering his journey.He made the installation seem effortless and very professional.As a first time Spa buyer the information and demonstration i recieved has given me the confidence to fully enjoy my Spa knowing there is a fully committed team on hand to help if i encounter any problems in the future.

I'm very happy with my purchase from…

I'm very happy with my purchase from Sutton Spas and this is why I'm giving them five stars.

I ordered the Dura spa s380 in August and the unit arrived in October. So firstly very pleased with the actual unit, and I've been using it four times a week since October during the winter of 2021/22. The unit has ticked all the boxes from an energy consumption perspective.
I'm also really pleased with the service we had from Jason Smith who nicely interacted with my builder’s project manager from not only the logistics side of delivery and installation, which entailed getting the unit into the garden as it was quite difficult but also positioning the hot tub into some new decking which incurred tight timeframes.

Jason also proposed a number of good recommendations if we ever had to remove the hot tub from the decking if maintenance issues surfaced from the unit. So from my perspective - this was never a pump and dump type sale from Jason.
Jason provided a good continuity over a 6-week span which I felt was good service that added to the investment.

Jason also visited after the hot tub had been installed some weeks post-installation and went through all of the maintenance and chemical processes that needs to be done (again). These were previously provided by the guys that did the heavy lifting and installation.

So, in summary, I am very pleased with the purchase of the unit (because it’s a type of purchase you might only ever do once or twice in a lifetime) and I was very pleased with the pre and post-sales. I have recommended this company and the unit to friends and family.

I recently had to make a warranty claim…

I recently had to make a warranty claim on my Rotospa Duraspa S380. I live a good 200 miles away from head office, down on the south coast. I was promptly booked in for a date with an engineer in 2 weeks time, I was kept informed by the engineer on the day as to when he would arrive. He turned up exactly when he said he would and efficiently replaced the part needed. I was really happy with the service I received. The proof of the pudding is in a warranty claim. I have to say I was a bit worried being so far down south but the service was faultless from my initial reporting the fault and Josie from logistics was all over it and had me a date and time within 10 mins of reporting the fault. No broken promises and my expectations and communications were managed really well. This is my first hardshell hot tub after a few years of inflatable ones. I have had 2 previous operations on my spine with crippling muscle spasms. I spent a lot of time researching before I decided to go with a Rotospa for the hydropheropy benefits and also a reliable hot tub that is from a reputable company. Thank you Josie and the team at Rotospa for giving me the exact service as promised.

Rotospa need to learn from Sutton Spas

Purchased a Rotospa Orbis from Sutton Spas and have to say the service was excellent from initial enquiry to fulfilment.

But...

It is a shame the same can not be said for their "sister company" Rotospa who will be the ones that make your spa. Here customer service and after sales service just does not exist. We had an issue the day after our new spa was delivered by Rotospa and it was a battle to get a call returned to resolve - I tried 3 times and was given promises of call backs that did not happen. Also several emails sent to complain about the lack of after sales service and still no response nearly a month on. Basically it was an 2 errors made by Rotospa, not connecting 2 wires to the heater so the water would not heat and the pump not being bolted on correctly resulting in a very noisy rattle. This resulted in us not being able to use our new spa for over a week and not even an email or call to apologise for their error.

So in a nutshell...

Sutton Spas = great service
Rotospa (sister company and where your spa will come from) = avoid at all costs no after sales service or customer care

100% recommend Sutton Spas

I would absolutely recommend Sutton Spas. We had a fantastic week with our hired spa. The tub itself was perfect and we've spent most of the week in and out each day. Maintenance was minimal and Andy was super efficient with set up and take away. He explained everything clearly and let us know in advance when he'd be arriving. We've had the best time and will be re-booking for 'hot tub week' next year. Five stars!

scuba is a no, no, for water testing..

Ordered the scuba water tester online. Service was brilliant and it came the day after. However, was very disappointed with the product. Wasn't entirely sure how the product worked as the description on the website didn't explain. It just said it was a simple way of testing the water. I kind of expected to pop it in the tub, and would get the chemical readings. Oh No! I half expected maybe strips, but not tablets of which two aren't even sold by Sutton Spas. Went to web chat to explain the readings weren't easy to understand and that the lack of information on their site had led me to buy a product I would never have bought, had I known. I was told on web chat that they had immediately changed the wording but there was no offer of a return for a refund. Very unhappy as it was £132.00 plus P&P

Thank you for your feedback. My sincere apologies that you are not entirely happy with your purchase.
I feel we may have got our wires crossed whilst talking on the online chat. Its not that we do not stock the DPD3 AND ALKA tablets, these are just not on the website as they are not a commonly used item as the DPD1 and PH tablets are.
I changed the wording as soon as you made me aware that this was an issue as it is not something that we have been made aware of previously.
If a return was requested i would have advise that this is not a problem at all if the item is unused. A refund would be submitted on return of the item. My apologies again i did not gauge that this was something that you wanted.

Please do contact myself should you wish to return the tester or have any questions in regards to using the Scuba II tester.

Wonderful experience with Sutton Spas.
Ordered through Robert Dyas but Sutton Spas did all the communications with us. Obviously we had to wait due to the Covid situation but they were able to delivery much earlier than their initial estimate. Two guys came to install with great skill and knowledge. Waited till the hot tub was full and gave a full demonstration of the workings and even though it wasnt quite a "hot" tub by the evening, we went in and it was luxurious. Recommend buying through this company and buying British. Great communications, great service and great product. Thank you Sutton Spas

Highly recommend Sutton Spas

Many thanks to Nick and the team for a very enjoyable hot tub hire. First timers hiring an Orbis spa for our son's 18th for August 1st 2020 we all had a fantastic time and went some way making up for a cancelled holiday. Highly recommend Sutton Spas for their quality hot tubs, great service, clear and simple instructions given to us for managing water quality for the week and lastly when having initial access issues nothing being too much trouble. Thanks we'll definitely hire again Scott, Alex and Sam

DUO S240

We chose this company because they maufacture in GB. We made the right choice, Sabrina in the sales dept was excellent and knowledgable answering any questions we had. There were a couple of hicups along the way, which Sabrina sorted quickly and professionally. The day our DUO S240 hot tob came Steve and Nas delivered and set it up, from filling with water to building the steps for us. Nas explained everything applied the chemicals and went through the control panel, and we were soaking it it by the same evening. A thoroughly excellent experience from start to finish, I would highly recomend this company.

Recommended without hesitation.

An amazingly quick response to our order. I never imagined that ordering on Wednesday we'd have our tub on Friday and that we'd be using it on the Saturday morning, but that's what happened !
The delivery crew were on time, friendly and knowledgeable, answering all our questions and doing the initial install and setup of the tub for us. A full run through the controls, water and filter management, very clear and easy to follow. Awesome service!

Quattro Spa!

Superb experience from ordering (from Sabrina) - our lovely Quattro Spa right the way through to delivery, installation and setup. Nas delivered and installed and was just great, nice chap explained everything in detail about operation and also ongoing maintenance right the way down to moving the spa in future and best way to do this. Even left us a bottle of Prosecco!
Highly recommended - I read reviews before purchasing and they made up my mind really where to buy from. Reading everything I don't believe that Sutton Spas just sell a spa and run off either. My experience so far - a proper service that you seldom get in these times. Thanks again

Highly Rated and Recommended Company.

We rented a Spa for my Wife’s 40th Birthday in April, Covid19 struck and our plans changed. Sutton Spa’s contacted us and were still able to make the delivery and they kindly let us hold onto the Spa until the situation settled down which was just the ticket as my wife is an infectious diseases nurse at Heartlands Hospital and I am also a key worker. We had some much needed recuperation in the Spa and we are very grateful to all the staff at Sutton Spa’s for the generosity and kindness. They are highly recommended and we will definitely be using them in the future, thank you.
