Excellent product and service, always on the end of a phone if you need them. Nothing was too much trouble and setting up of our spa was brilliant, the process was not rushed in any way and operating system was comprehensively explained.

Had our DuraSpa 380 delivered today by Seb & Georgie who set up and thoroughly explained the workings of the Spa. They had excellent knowledge of the Spa and nothing was to much trouble for them.

I would definitely recommend Sutton Spas, they have kept us informed at all stages of the purchase, an excellent company.

Definitely going to be hiring another hot tub from Sutton Spas. We received extremely friendly customer service both on the telephone and from the delivery guy. The hot tub was very clean and in great condition and set up/removal was very quick and easy with clear instructions on how to maintain the water.

I contacted 2 other companies previously and they didn’t even bother to answer my query and I’m so glad they didn’t!

Can’t fault these guys! Thank you!

We purchased our Orbis Hot Tub in September 2018. I have to say it is the best thing we have ever done! We have had several inflatable tubs over the last 10 years and always promised to buy a hard shell one some day... I wish we had done it sooner....! We are absolutely delighted with our new tub and go in it every day. Sometimes twice!.. The quality of the Orbis is fantastic and with the variable jets ,underwear light and waterfall it never fails to chill us out! The service from Sutton Spas was fantastic ,they were knowledgeable and helpful from the start. The delivery guys were friendly and very professional too.. I cannot rate this tub and Sutton Spas enough... Thank you!...The Jordans
