Second time hiring the Tub, hired with these guys over New Year, delivered on time with no problems even had an email asking if you was happy to keep the Tub for a few extra days at no extra cost, Highly recommend Sutton spa’s!

Excellent service from the team. Turned up on time, easy set up, great hire for a week and then when collected all done professionally and area left clear.

We hired one of the “top of the range” hot tubs for Christmas week, and needed delivery to about 30miles away.
I booked online and instantly received email comfirmation from the office and a doublecheck the hot tub could be delivered to an appropriate site.
On the day of delivery I got updates as to when it was going to be delivered. The delivery team were brilliant. They patiently explained how it all worked and reassured me they were a text/call away to help if needed. They even brought us a Christmas card and some fizz!
The hot tub was brilliant to have over Christmas - even grandma got in!!
On pick up, again, the delivery team were brilliant.

It’s unusual these days to get excellent service from a company so I feel it’s really worth shouting about this. We will be hiring from Sutton Spa again.

I would recommend Sutton spas to anyone thinking of buying a hot tub for the first time or upgrading . The design and excellent portability of all the range means you have simple delivery and installation options without heavy lifting equipment required. The on site training and back up support is great and genuinely a great company to deal with.Just check out the on line reviews they speak for themselves 👌

Georgie kept me updated on time of arrival all morning so i wasn’t waiting around which i loved, she was very thorough with explaining the usage and chemicals for the tub and kept me chatting while the hot tub was filling up which was great.
I can’t fault this company, would highly reccomend.

Had a hassle free experience right through from the ordering stage to installation.

The orbis rotaspa that we chose is perfect for 2 people but will hold 4 comfortably. Very impressed with the no nonsense design which makes the spa comfortable to sit in rather than the frilly bits at strange heights we have seen from other makes of spa we have been in on holidays.

All the feel of a family company- easy to get hold of people, provided the right level of information and happy to answer any questions clearly. Highly recommended.

Hired a hot tub for the weekend! So easy! Fantastic people on delivery and collection. We loved it! Would definitely use again.

Lovely surprise for my daughters' birthday, even with the rain the gazebo made sure they were still able to enjoy the tub.
Really reasonable rates considering the tub was a 'proper' one and not an inflatable cheap version.
Would definitely recommend. People who set it up and took it down very friendly and polite.

We received great service from Sutton Spas, from visiting the showroom, choosing the the spa to the delivery and commissioning the whole experience was seamless.
Georgie and Kai who delivered the spa were great and well versed in showing us the operation.
Sabrina was also very helpful and a pleasure to deal with also a special mention to Carl who helped us choose the spa and showed us around the factory .

Couldn't fault any aspect of purchase from start to finish. Everyone involved were pleasant, polite and very knowledgeable about the product. The people who delivered the hot tub were fantastic and came up with a solution for any little snag that cropped up and ensured everything was set up and running before they left. The product itself is fantastic and we are really pleased with it. It has already had plenty of use.
The only slight criticism I could have is that I think the website could be a little better. After speaking to the people who delivered it, they told me that there are various accessories that you can buy direct from Sutton spas (lid lifter, chemicals etc) however I couldn't find them anywhere on the website. I am sure that if I was to phone them, they would be more than happy to help but sometimes it's easier to just add something to an online basket and pay online.
That said, I would 100% recommend Sutton spas to anyone considering buying a hot tub.
