Great onboarding and good value for money
The onboarding process was super smooth and easy, the rental price is excellent and the staff at the store were very kind.
The only thing I didn't like: the bike is too heavy which made it very difficult to get in the train with it.

It was great experience...I will appreciate staff..he is very helpful ...but the problem is he is working alone there ...he doing help to customer and bicycle repair ..I think this is too much burden only one staff..last I would say it was great experience...

I recommend Swapfiets to everyone!!!
I recommend Swapfiets to everyone that needs a bike for a specific, not-so-long period of time. Once, I had a small accident and my bike needed repairing, it was totally free. When at the end, I terminated the contract and returned the bike back, there where some scratches and small damages, because I was parking it somewhere outside and it was during all the summer under the hot sun, but I was not asked of paying for them.

I was on an erasmus semester. I didnt want to buy a bike or do one of those subscriptions where you have to plug the bike back into a dock every 30 minutes. This was a perfectly cheap and safe option.
