We sold our house through Symonds & Sampson who were incredibly professional and helpful.

Daniel Magee and Steve Allen were particularly friendly, easy to deal with and very communicative throughout the whole process. Through our home selling and searching process, they were always there to keep me in the loop and share their knowledge and advice.

We wouldn't hesitate to use Symonds & Sampson again.

Absolutely awful company, no help what so ever when we were vacating our rented property. We had to chase them for what we should be doing with the house, a checklist etc…we heard nothing from them for weeks then a week before we were due to leave they then send us an email with everything they needed to be done but however with the lack of time they gave us to get it done was completely unrealistic.
Unless you want to do the work yourself and constantly chase them then they are for you!
Also really bad attitude and no help what so ever. Will never buy or rent a house with this company again.

Don’t normaly leave review but the journey from viewing the property to the purchase has give faith in estate agents (I’ve brought a few properties estate agent have always been a nightmare)

Symonds and Sampson have very good knowledge of the land in question. Morgan provided very sound advice about the marketing, timing and method of sale. Morgan expertly negotiated on my behalf and has kept in regular touch during what has been a long and drawn out process, none of which has anything to do with Morgan or Symonds and Sampson.

The last minute cancellation from the Sherborne Office meant we were unable to cancel booked accommodation and also travel expenses, 260 mile round trip , this is a considerable sum of money. I would be very wary of this outfit.
I am in receipt of your reply. I am not convinced and think that people who live a long distance away should remain wary due to the costs involved.
