The dealership works hard, on what often seems to be challenging circumstances. I feel the team endeavour to do their very best, but often securing parts and the factory having accurate details of my vehicle seem challenging, so longer visits to the dealership for my car if not uncommon. Thankfully the car is a summer so these visits can be managed.

Ok now the car is ok...still upset no sat nav on 18 plate TT. Nevertheless I get a call out the blu... told by Jamie MOT due 17 Jan. That they'd be willing to pay for it...Not a problem...Got me MOT done passed with flying colours...yaay or more like phew!!!..Called Jamie on the day .. scanned over the certificate n receipt...No Jamie... so I paid as agreed by his Manager Lisa...now they won't pay me back for the MOT as agreed...as well as avoiding me calls and emails...wow... really disappointed...be careful with these lot...Robin Hoods!

Wasn't about the hard sell - If u r buying an Aston u will have done your "homework" and know pretty much what u want.
However I have been going to this dealer for years and have always found them to be this way. No complaints at all. I would recommend them to others who may not necessarily be based in the East Mids - worth the extra effort to visit...

Sloppy preparation
The car had flat batteries in the trackers and therefore every time we took the car out the trackers called.
The other problem was that we can paid for an upgrade of the sat nav to apple car play.
We were days trying to find out why we could not reply to calls.
Salesman tried hard.
