I found the service excellent, especially after dealing with sytner BMW, and other dealers over the years where I can compare the difference in service. With Aston Martin, You always get a call back, the customers concerns are never ignored but acted on, clear explanations given to customers for them to understand and for a resolution to be found, quick acting and very accomodateing.

My car was due a service and MOT. They came and picked it up from home first thing. Checked round the car and drove it to the showroom. Then delivered it back the next day at a time convenient to me. The whole things was effortless.The team are easy to deal with friendly.
