Instantly discouraged
I was searching used Aston Martin in order to make my long held dream a reality. Having seen a DB11 at Aston Martin Nottingham, I used the Sytner on-line calculator to get a valuation on my potential part ex car.
I was horrified at the result as about £5000 less than I had been offered elsewhere only a few weeks ago.
From direct contact by email the dealer was keen to do a personal valuation but without guarantee it would be any higher, I have to ask what is the point of the valuation tool on the website if it is not an indication of what they will offer? There is therefore little point in my journey. I felt undervalued, literally and metaphorically and decided to take my business to someone else.
