No hard sell tactics just helpful advice and attentiveness.
Excellent customer service from the minute you enter the showroom door, Oliver in sales was excellent extremely informative and on handover went through everything in and outside the car in fine detail.
All in all a great experience.

Realising a dream
We have been going back and forth with Aston Martin Nottingham for the last 12 months trying to find the right car, they have show amazing patience and customer services, even though I might have come across as a tyre kicker. We have been dealing with Gerald from the very first visit, showing us everything about the car and offering a test drive. Gerald is a complete gentleman, and key in finding us the right car.
Owning an Aston Martin is a dream come true, and thank you for your help in making it happen.

Customer Service like it used to be!
Seriously, this is the best customer experience I have had in my entire history of car ownership (which is saying something given it spans a good 20+ years and includes most premium car brands).
Every visit to Aston Martin Nottingham is a complete pleasure - it’s basically customer service like it used to be and a standard rarely experienced today.
Anthony Kennedy who runs the service department deserves a particular shout out, for quite honestly providing the most outstanding customer service every time I visit the dealership - so good in fact that I am prepared to travel an hour and half to drive to Nottingham instead of using my local Aston Martin dealership.
So in view of all of this, I wanted to say a sincere thank you and recognise the fantastic service Anthony and his team have continued to provide me over the last 3 years. Particularly when exceptional customer service is fast becoming a dying art!

Good service is a much undervalued…
Good service is a much undervalued commodity these days. Aston Martin Nottingham have serviced and MOT'd my 2005 DB9 Volante twice now and on each occasion the service and workmanship have been first class. The car always drives away as good as it could be.

The friendly and efficient service that I recieve when I visit Aston Martin Nottingham is superb.
There is nothing ostentatious or false about it, it is just a very pleasant team of people doing a great job.
Jake Saleh in service is particularly helpful and pleasant, but so are the girls on reception.
Providing me with an office so that I could work why I waited was much appreciated and all part of that Aston Martin owners experience that is so special.
