Best new car collection ever, thanks Lucy.
I have bought many cars over the years and there used to be a bottle of champagne or a bouquet of flowers , so I have experienced that *
I asked the excellent Claire in service to transfer my personal items from my previous car ( which was in the workshop) to the new one.
When I arrived I asked Lucy if they had tied my THFC boxing gloves on the rear view mirror the same : 'Yes exactly how you had them so they don't fall down and block your view', and I have a surprise for you', which I forgot whilst doing the paperwork with top man Andrew.
When the cover over the car was removed Lucy had only put a genuine THFC teddy bear in between the front seats ( same as she had seen in the another car of mine ) !!
For me , she went so far out of her way to to that and gave me the best experience I have ever had when collecting a new car.
Claire then showed me the self leveling hub caps , and had them fitted as soon as I approved !

I have been coming here for a service for the last couple of years and I must say I have always been looked after by Sarah superbly . She always keeps me in the loop with updates and the service department kept me updated on my advised repairs without being pushy like some garages can be. The Birmingham staff are always friendly and courteous and the service dept workmanship is very professional and of high quality . Sytner Bentley and Lamborghini always provide a great service. I have been using them now for a few years. The staff are extremely helpful. I always contact Claire Foster whenever I need to book my car in for a Service or complimentary Winter Health Check. She goes above and beyond and always provides a great service. She ensures all my requests are taken care of, she updates me regularly via email and phone when my vehicle is in the workshop and ensures it is returned back to me washed and cleaned within the time promised.
I use a number of dealerships in and around Birmingham to Service my other vehicles, Sytner Bentley and Lamborghini are by far the best prestige dealership I have used.
