The service we had from Kim and Connor was second to none. I was blown away by their standard of customer care. Also the standard of the car was awesome with a genuine warranty. When it cones time to change i will definately go back to this company with no hesitation.

Brilliant Service from start to finish!
I have just had my 3rd successive service carried out on my Continental GT at Bentley Leicester and I couldn't be any happier with the service received from this fantastic dealership. Sophie and Adam are absolutely the most professional and helpful people to deal with. They always have plenty of time to discuss any issues in detail and, most importantly, I feel 100% confident every time I leave my car with them, so much so, that I have no hesitation at all in making the 200 mile round trip to them. Superb service, thank you again!!

Buying approved used bmw
I have just brought a approved used bmw series 5 touring (estate) 2015. It was a part ex to them and they re sold it. It had only been a hour on auto trader when I saw it and I reversed it straight away. I spoke to Daniel Parks and the business manager Richard. They were both very professional and did the car proud. Within an hour I had a full walk around video send to me. Approved BMW have certain standards, so if things need changing within a few thousand miles they do it. I had new tyres, brakes, alloy refurbished, full service and full mot. With the most important thing a full comprehensive warranty direct with themselves. When I went to view the car it was immaculate and a smooth sale. I would definitely recommend this branch.
