After years of driving a van I decided to treat myself to a nice car...Paul and the team at Graypaul Maserati couldn't have been more helpful. From start to finish i felt really looked after. Myself and my wife really enjoyed the whole experience. When i need a new car they will be first on my list. Thanks to everyone at Graypaul for making the experience really great!

Friendly staff who knew about the car I was looking at in detail.

Gave a good test drive over an hour, although it would be nice to find a faster A road to stretch the cars a little.

Car was prepped very well and they picked my wife and I up from the train station on collection day so we could drive home together.

Having been in many car showrooms over the years it was refreshing and enjoyable to visit a team who where informed, informative and a pleasure to do business with. They took the time to explain and helped us with our questions, no matter how basic they were.

Bought a Maserati Grecale from Graypaul with PX of an uninsurable Range Rover Sport. All done over the phone and service was excellent. James Sadler kept me fully appraised via WhatsApp and arranged delivery and collection of part exchange. Delivery driver was brilliant and whole process was impeccable. Made me realise how a proper dealership works and how under valued a customer I have been with Land Rover for years! Car is excellent, quality service all round.

An excellent, relaxed and professional experience from initial enquiry to purchase. I had excellent service from both Paul and James at the dealership, which made the whole purchase experience a pleasant one, and throughout there was a real sense that they treated each customer as a person not a number, including a warm welcome from reception staff. I also was impressed with the professionalism of the service department and feel confident that when it comes to it, my car will be well looked after. Recommended.

Excellent customer service from Steve D in sales and James in admin - From the the initial phone call to test drive to pre prep and day of delivery at Maserati Birmingham the car was gleaming..! .. Sorry Steve you had to sit tight in the passenger seat while I put the Maserati through its paces. Had to be Done. lol .Hope the after care service continues ..I'LL BE BACK..!.. If you looking for your next Maserati this is the place and you wont be pushed around for a sale, the cars and customer service speak for themselves..!

From first contact, the team were great. James Sadler made contact and told me what was required for a test drive, following the test drive, I was given information around part exchange and finance possibilities. Having decided to purchase a vehicle, I was given the opportunity to review the specification, see what was available and make a choice between building my own or selecting one that was available. James Smith processed the financial side. Both James’s were brilliant at keeping in touch, letting me know what to expect and smoothing the process - it was amazing. The whole experience was fabulous.

I was met at the door by the receptionist who knew our name, taken to a room and given coffee, biscuit’s and chocolate .
The transaction was smooth and efficient thanks to Dani Mazic and the bottle of wine given to us was a nice touch .

We were made to feel very welcome at the premises of Graypaul Maserati Birmingham both by the Receptionists and our dedicated salesman, James Sadler.
The test run in the Maserati Grecale was stress free and the exchange from the Levante to the Grecale was effected swiftly.
We particularly appreciated the delivery of the car to our home and the amount of time James spent explaining the workings of the vehicle. All in all, an enjoyable experience!
By the way, the coffee at Graypaul Maserati Birmingham is also first class!
