Be wary of this franchise. They tell you that work is required when it isn’t, do not listen to what you actually want done, and then fail to carry out the requested work. Instead, they charge you for other items you did not ask for. Avoid at all costs as the customer being valued is not the case here.

As usual Audi provide an exceptional experience. They do make mistakes occasionally but then go overboard to rectify and resolve any issues.
All promises made were delivered. I was offered a courtesy car that was an immaculate automatic but I drive a manual so nit a problem just a note for others.

I urgently needed a replacement rear windscreen wiper. Phoned at 8.30 on a Monday morning. It was fitted at 2.30 that afternoon. Job done. Incredibly useful in the circumstances. Efficient and professional.

The staff are amazing as always the reason for the 2 is honestly the audi a5 avate is terrible especially the edition 1 not a good car for long drives not best on fuel and ride is off to the point cars on drive I did get a reply saying a business manager would try sort something but they didn't wana sort anything just wanted another 7k out of me so now stuck with a car I dont want

Great service and engaging staff
I dealt mainly with Danii who guided me through the process of buying a used Audi, Danii was both professional and knowledgeable and at no time did I feel hassled into buying add ons, although I did as that is what I wanted.
I also dealt with Robbie on some details who again was professional.
I am very satisfied with both my new car and the service provided by Audi Huddersfield and would not hesitate to recommend or buy another vehicle from the team again.
