Mobile tech is a superstar!
Andrew the mobile tech came out to perform a safety recall on my 18 year old RS4, Absolute hero, polite, knowledgeable and a joy to deal with, completed the job a lot quicker than if I’d had to visit the dealership. Also passed on a few tips to look out for in the future. One even happier Audi owner!

3 stars because a guy called Ian
3 stars because a guy called Ian. Lewis Barker on his own would have scored 5 stars. Had the car complete its first MOT, this guy called Ian says I need to change the number plate. We check and note that the government website says ‘passed’ Ian says “unfortunately on this occasion your car has passed its MOT” who says that to a customer? Car goes in again for service, they tell me there’s something wrong with the suspension, Lewis goes to see Ian to see about warranty, of course Ian comes back and says it’s not covered. I take the car to Audi Boston as they’ve been superb and guess what? It is covered under warranty. Audi Nottingham, I’ve never met this guy called Ian and all I can tell you is what happened. Ian is not good for Audi Nottingham. I will now drive 65 miles to Boston rather than go back to Nottingham.

At least better treatment than in January 2024 when I was made to wait 6 weeks for urgent gearbox attention then another 4 weeks while they worked out how to repair it!

I have just picked up my car from Audi Nottingham, the whole experience from start to finish was amazing. Jake listened to what I was looking for and came up with a car that ticked all the boxes. He talked about the discounts that were available to me, but none of them meant I had to sign up today! There was no pushy sales talk. Jake followed up as he said he would and supported me through the process, making it easy to understand. Jakes kind and friendly approach put me at ease which then enabled us to have an open and honest conversation.

Nottingham branch was fabulous
Was very easy from start to finish. From the minute I sent off the request to look at the car to actually picking up the car. Azar at the Nottingham branch was be very helpful and professional and totally put me at ease buying a new car. Disappointing!!! Brought my car last year and the service plan was never added which was part of the deal. After 2 months of emails and calls it’s still not sorted. Quick to sell you a car but not so great with the aftercare

Absolutely Amazing experience when having difficulties with a gearbox electrical issue. Andrew - the mobile technician, had fully resolved the issue, programmed it, and it’s performed perfect ever since. Cannot thank them enough for their time and knowledge to be able to sort it.

Kieran was absolutely amazing! Very friendly and polite, Expert in the game! Helped me choose the perfect car and I’m very very happy with the purchase. The whole process was smooth and efficient.
From start to finish once my order was placed I was kept updated. Kieran even showed me some other optional extras that were available for me to choose that actually compliments my choice of car. With Kieran’s expert advice I think I was able to make a good choice of car to suit my needs and I appreciated that Kieran really took his time in explaining things fully and answering any questions. The staff were all friendly at the dealership. My choice of car also arrived sooner than anticipated and Kieran made sure those optional extras were added that I’d chosen and I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. The whole process was smooth and efficient. Another bonus was the lovely tea coffee and hot chocolate machine and selection of biscuits that added to the warm welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
