I had to change the date of the service and also arrange for the car to be collected asI was unable to take the car in to the garage
Everything was all rearranged at short notice without any problems and the staff were so helpful
My car was returned with everything completed exactly as expected

We found waiting 20 mins to hand over the car keys initially for a simple MOT unnecessary. This does seem the norm at Porsche glasgow.
It’s unfortunately workshop tracking system does not work.
Otherwise all good albeit ironic that we had to have the Mot carried out almost two months prior to the actual MOT due to the sales team deciding the car required an mot a year prior to its first MOT!
Fortunately we like the car so are ok with maintaining it in the Glasgow. However our son’s experience of Porsche Aberdeen is significantly better.
We will say however the attention to detail & over all assistance given to us by Allan Robertson & Robyn Dodds was gratefully received, with sorting the relevant unnecessary incorrect dates & a waste of our time coming to have the work carried out & discovering the date was a month out irrespective the mot would have expired by the time Porsche glasgow had booked the car in. Being mindful the car was supplied by the Glasgow branch!!
Basically a December 2022 Macan gts onto its third MOT!!!
Bought by ourselves 28th October 2024. Even the service history was a mess !!

For context, Porsche Approved vehicles in the UK require a minimum of six months’ MOT, although many Centres work to a 12-month standard. Where a car is sold after its second anniversary but before it turns three, this can bring the MOT date forward from its original first-MOT date. We appreciate that this wasn’t communicated clearly enough and are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Ryan from the service team was outstanding, arranged the car to come in at a time most suitable and in a quick turn around. No Fuss and the Front of House team always welcoming!

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience at Porsche Centre.
I have to admit, I felt quite apprehensive walking in initially. I wasn’t buying a brand-new £130k Porsche and wondered whether I might feel out of place looking at a used car. I couldn’t have been more wrong.
From the moment I arrived, Chloe at reception was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and then Alexander in sales was absolutely brilliant. He listened carefully to everything I was looking for, answered all my questions and never once made me feel pressured. He even showed me a car that had only just arrived and hadn’t yet been prepared, but thought it might be perfect for me — and he was right!
The whole test-drive experience was fantastic. Alexander made me feel completely at ease, took me somewhere quiet so I could properly enjoy driving the car, and was incredibly encouraging throughout. Everyone I dealt with, including Ray and the management team, was friendly, approachable and genuinely interested in making sure I was comfortable and looked after.
Even after I decided to buy the car, the service continued to be exceptional. They were completely supportive of me arranging an independent AA inspection and kept in touch throughout the process. And the collection day was something I’ll never forget — Alexander had the car covered for a proper reveal, took photos and a video, and made the whole experience feel really special.
I went in expecting to feel like I didn’t belong, and instead I came away feeling genuinely valued and incredibly excited to become a Porsche owner.
A huge thank you to Chloe, Alexander, Ray and everyone at Porsche Centre. You made the whole experience far better than I ever expected.
