It doesn't get better (Dhaine & Chloe)
I haven't completed a trust pilot for 2+ years, but following an incredible experience with Dhaine and Chloe at Porsche Glasgow, I felt compelled to spend a few minutes writing up my appreciation.
I have come to learn the car buying process involves some pain, and normally quite a bit of friction. This has always been the case in my car purchasing career from various brands, and both trade and private sellers.
The last couple of weeks, this has been turned on its head. The experience, clarity, communication and grace provided by the team at Porsche Glasgow was at a different level, a different class, to my prior experiences.
Dhaine managed the entire process, and kept me PROACTIVELY in the loop at every step of the way. I did not phone or email once to check in, Dhaine kept me abreast and informed or the process and options throughout.
Chloe and Dhaine project managed the car purchase from start to finish so efficiently and seamlessly, I'm worried it's given me false expectations for future purchases!
I used Glasgow following a less than optimal experience at my local Dealer in the Midlands.
Following a flight from here to Glasgow to collect the car (my preference vs Transporting it); Dhaine kindly collected me from the airport in a stunning new 911, and had me informed, ready to go and excited for the drive back soon, later that morning.
The teams hospitality and friendliness was also an absolute stand out feature vs my recent experiences elsewhere.

Harry is always courteous, professional,puts you at ease and goes out of his way to try and accommodate us.
