Very good start but lack of help when requested.
Booking the appointment went fine and I was well received by Jaz Hans. She explained all the arrangements for fitting the dash cam and having the software upgrade . Jaz later rang me to let me know that my car would be available to collect @ 1000 the following day. Although the car was cleaned and the fittings had been made, the camera and instruction book were just left on my passenger seat. I had expected, and asked for, advice on operating the camera but none was forthcoming. Jaz tried to find someone but none were available. I expect a call from Jaz on Tuesday and hope that someone will be available to provide the help requested.

Friendly Reception but long wait
Friendly service from Reception and Service staff but 2.5 hours for a pre-booked MOT (no issues) is too long. Particularly when another MOT customer arriving a minute before, was away after 45 minutes. Obviously only started mine after finishing his.

Laurie, Jane and Lorena looked after me.
Politely and knowledgeable met by Jane who passed me to Lorena, who i know from previous visits to the Centre.
Both informed me that Lauri was expecting me.
I was sat down with a coffee and really looked after by the girls (all visit).
Laurie received my car, went through everything efficiently and with knowledge what would happen.
I had time to look around the beautifully displayed new and Porsche select cars.
The job took the exact time, thank you to the Technician working on my car, and price quoted, which was refreshing in this day and age.
Laurie and I discussed future cars, jobs, service and extended warranties and handed the car back to me cleaned perfectly.
A fantastic experience.

Overall very good other than my 911…
Overall very good other than my 911 came out of the service with an exhaust issue that was not there prior on a 2024 car with 2800 on the clock, its now having to go back in again so more effort require from me - the technician should have checked it over before I collected it.

Not customer friendly at all
Not customer friendly at all. Felt very unloved. Any opportunity to make money off the customer. Seems a one way relationship like we as customers are lucky to be dealing with them. If I didn’t have an extended warranty I wouldn’t bother. Felt pressurised into agreeing to do extra work on car.

Whenever a vehicle is with us, we carry out a Visual Health Check (VHC), which provides an overview of the vehicle's condition and highlights any work that may be required to maintain Porsche standards. We use a traffic light system (red, amber and green) to indicate which items require immediate attention, which may need consideration in the near future, and which are currently in good condition. Any recommendations made are intended to provide you with all the information available and the decision to proceed with any additional work always remains entirely with you. That said, I am disappointed to hear that you felt pressured into agreeing to additional work as this is certainly not the experience we aim to provide. Please accept my apologies for this. I will discuss your comments with the relevant departmental manager and review the calls that took place so that we can better understand what happened and identify any improvements that may be needed. Flexibility
Flexibility. My car was booked in for an MOT but en-route I had a puncture on the M25. Porsche recovery got me to Porsche Leiscerter in two stages and the team in service managed to source new tyeres for me. I had a hire vehicle from enterprise over the weekend via breakdown. It all went together perfectly. Many thanks to the service team

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The whole process of purchasing my Porsche was smooth, professional and enjoyable throughout.
A special mention must go to Alex, who was attentive, knowledgeable and provided exceptional customer service at every stage. Nothing was too much trouble, communication was excellent and he genuinely made the experience feel personal and premium.
