On Tuesday 23 Dec we had the handover of our Porsche Cayenne and I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback.

This is the third time I have purchased a car directly from a dealership, previously with BMW Wolverhampton, Porsche Norwich, and now Porsche Leicester. I can say conclusively that the overall service I received from Porsche Leicester was by far the best.

From the initial test drive, to securing the deal, through to the handover today, everything exceeded our expectations. The experience was seamless, professional, and genuinely enjoyable, and we are extremely grateful.

Owen in particular was an absolute gentleman and a credit to your team. The entire sales process was highly commendable.

I really valued the care and professionalism Porsche Leicester showed in resolving a very serious issue I had with my used Cayenne diesel after months of agonising EML problems.

Exceptional service at Porsche Leicester! I had an issue with my car and firstly rang my local dealer Nottingham who were not helpful at all. The service at Leicester was amazing. I would like to call out Angharad who booked me in - she was pleasant and took ownership of the booking and reassured me with the process as this was a recovery. Secondly, I would also like to call out Laurie who was a star. He kept me informed and got the car ready ahead of schedule. They are both a credit to Sytner group. Thanks team!

I had an appointment arrange a warranty (yeah i know why i am bothering to that anyway as next to nothing is ever covered) this wasn't confirm via text - so rang up to check was told i would get a call the day before the visit to confirm everything - was hurried off the phone - i was only going to ask the time and day so i could write it down (that would have been too easy) anyway needless to say i didnt get a call - got a snotty call a few days later saying i missed the appointment - lady apologised and said that not the process - anyway rebooked and sorted it -

It reminded me of my earlier dealings with Porsche Leicester. The first car I bought from them was sold with the promise of a 12‑month MOT. They forgot to carry it out before handover, and I later discovered — thanks to a friend — that the car had been out of MOT for four months. On the next car, they managed to enter the word address in the name field of the logbook. Cue endless fun with the DVLA explaining that my name is not “Mr Address 72…”

Alex was fantastic again, a very happy repeat customer.

Would like to thank Laurie from service for exceptional response and attentiveness I must admit previous visits to Porsche Leicester have not been the best but Laurie and Jasmine have both changed my opinion of the site along with the lovely Reception colleagues.
