Would like to thank Laurie from service for exceptional response and attentiveness I must admit previous visits to Porsche Leicester have not been the best but Laurie and Jasmine have both changed my opinion of the site along with the lovely Reception colleagues. It seems as though they’ve now got a really good team in place and it shows.

Absolutely fantastic service every time. I have to mention Rebecca Harris who is my go to at Porsche Leicester, she’s professional, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. She goes out of her way to help me and is the reason I wouldn’t go anywhere else while ever I own a Porsche!

We were invited to a EV test event they were running and we are considering an electric vehicle anyway, so called in and booked an appointment for Saturday the 8th March at 11am, recieved email confirmation and even a phone call on Saturday morning to confirm our attendance. Arrived at the branch for 1050am and was booked in at reception and given a coffee whilst we waited. At 1110 am I enquired as to when we were going to be seen, Josh came out to see us and filled in the insurance details for the test drive. We then sat there watching many people arrive at the showroom and be dealt with. At 1130am we gave up and told reception we were leaving. After just driving away from the branch Jaz called me somewhat surprised that we had left? I asked if he thought it was right that we had been at the branch as arranged and not been dealt with for 40 mins, he was very dismissive and just kept trying to justify it saying he was busy? I sent and email to the branch expressing my disappointment. Then this morning, Monday the 10th March I received a call from one of the sales managers, Josh, who again in my opinion did not see any problem with our experience and again, just tried to justify our experience, even though we had a confirmed appointment but no one to see us at the time arranged? Would definitely avoid this branch if you like customer service you would expect from a premium brand dealer. Will spend our hard earned money elsewhere.

Through perseverance of the Staff at Porsche Leicester I was able to buy the car I wanted. Buying a car is often a marriage of aspirations and I was completely happy in all respects by the way I was dealt with. The transaction was simple and effective, a process that can often be fraught and complicated. This was not. My handover was wonderful. I took my grandson and he was made a fuss of and loved it too. Hannah,Robin and James were all really helpful and never overbearing. Reception staff were delightful. When you drive away you want to feel happy. More importantly I’m still happy so thank you to everyone at Porsche Leicester. You did a great job.

I purchased a Porsche Panamera a few weeks ago. A small fault occurred where the driver side LED indicator cluster clearly has water ingress resulting in the brake, indicator and running light now not working.
I called Porsche Leics who said the earliest they could look at this was 14th Nov (2 weeks away) as the dealership were busy and advised me to call Porsche breakdown. The recovery team came and inspected but would not arrange to take the car to the dealership themselves which I found surprising for a + £100k car a few weeks old which my insurance company said I shouldn't drive. A decent non-Porsche car was arranged as a replacement to keep me on the road.
Understandably the car needed an assessment then an agreement by Porsche to enable a replacement to be provided under warranty however with the dealership service workload that was going to take a couple of days to even assess the problem.
I called and asked for the Dealer Principle - Steve Dickinson who immediately looked into the matter and responded by getting the tech's to inspect and arrange a replacement light fitting. Unfortunately that will take a few days from Germany but isn't a problem that can be attributed to the dealership. Steve appreciate your input thanks -

Once again Porsche Centre Leicester provided superb service. A warm welcome and great hospitality from the ladies on reception followed up an equally genuine welcome from Jas with whom we dealt with previously.

The car we enquired about was stunning but another caught my eye. While Jas got the keys Josh took the time to look after us and explain some of the differences in the two vehicles, all much appreciated. The test drive route is well planned giving a chance to try the cars in different driving environments.

Communication from striking the deal to handover was slick with any documentation emailed and dealt with promptly.

Handover day - wow. The team certainly know how to make this a special and memorable event.

At the moment I am at Porsche Leicester Centre. Asked to arrive 10 to 15mins before 8.30am appointment.

Someone finally came ans seen me at 8.30am but not the person I was arranged to meet for Porsche Macan T.

So far service impressions for service is low even before they start work..1 Star..see if this improves before I leave.
Told it would be 2 hrs a day ago booking online suggested..now 2 to 3 hrs...hmmm let's see.

I called Porsche Leicester with my concerns regarding my Macan transfer box, specifically as I was nearing the end of the warranty period. I booked my car in for a diagnosis with Jaz in the service department.
From the moment I walked into the showroom I was greeted with a warm welcome from the reception and all staff. Following the initial diagnosis and no fault found, I further raised my concerns to Jaz who then decided to keep my vehicle for a further three days for more testing and arranged a loaner Macan. She was very professional, went above and beyond to include daily updates to pacify my concerns, the vehicle also underwent a full health check FOC whilst in the workshop, well done Porsche Leicester.

My personal experiences when visiting Porsche Leicester and speaking with reception staff, finance staff, management staff or those moving cars, have always left me feeling appreciated, welcomed, valued, looked after, respected and naturally important to the staff and dealership. I have purchased a couple of Porsche cars from Tim Hill in the past two years and he has always been superb, providing great attention to the details that make everything perfect. Over many decades of buying cars old & new, very few if any dealerships, can meet this standard anywhere. A+++

I took my car to Leicester Porsche Garage on 24th November 2023 for Service and Health Check. On 18th December 2023 I found spoiler did not close properly. So I contacted Leicester Porsche Garage and I have given date on 6th February 2024 for inspection. They have inspected and found couple of other issues along with ''Spoiler, Steering and Suspension (split/worn bushes, leaks) OSR shock absorber misting oil slightly (advise rechecking next service)'', which fault not been give to me on 24th November 2023 health check report. And I have only driven 80miles at the time of incident reported in December2023.

Furthermore, I have found Leicester Porsche Garage Service very Unprofessional, Poor and Arrogant. When I have raised question to ''Yasmin Ahmed'' and her Senior that why it has not been detected on 24th November single issue on health check report. They said it could be their side of ERROR and gave some random answers. They are not simply ready to accept their mistake and show don't care customer service and just an attitude problem. which is quite insulting. Not only that after receiving my car back they have Ruined my Spoiler in Very Bad Condition than it was. And now it is not working at all When I took it back (Leicester Porsche Garage) to fix how it was before Yasmin told only possible after New replacement.

I have requested for full video of health check done but they promised to send via email which never received. I have also raised complaint to the senior manager but no response from them too. So I did not had a choice and order a new spoiler worth £3000 and they never acknowledge the confirmation date of vehicle booking date which Yasmin supposed to do it via email at the time new spoiler order placed. And when I rang Leicester Porsche today 12th March 2024 for tyres replacement £246 each tyre quotation given to me at the time of health check report. Today Yasmin has changed price from £246 to £579.34 each tyre which is quite surprising. They simply don't agree for the mistake they have done. I think Leicester Porsche Garage (Sytner Group) who do not care about Porsche customer service. Porsche is a reputable car manufacturer but them authorised dealer (Sytner Group) and Staffs taking advantage Porsche name.

I've bought a number of cars over the years. From a Yaris to an Aston Martin. And without question the Sytner run dealerships rise above the others. There is clearly a group philosophy that places an emphasis on the customer above all else. My latest experience was last week at Porsche of Leicester. Ignoring the look and feel of the dealership, which is superb, the purchase process confirmed the quality of the group. Respect from the Sales Rep, Jas Singh, who bent over backwards to get the right deal and manage the process. Matt Meakin, the General Sales Manager helped in a number of ways, Josh Moore who stepped in when I was torn between two cars, and spelled out the subtle differences and helped me decide. And of course the Reception team who were charming and helpful all morning as we waited for the car to be prepped. Leicester and the group ROCK!

There are no words that can express our great feelings and emotions felt in the handover of our Macan by Tim and the entire staff at the Centre. Tim expresses passion and follows through with everything he discusses with you and beyond. The Centre has a great culture and it comes through from all the staff. We are recounting our dream experience to all our families and friends. We are recommending everyone to Tim at Porsche Leicester.

This dealership is the best bar none!! Amazing place offering lots of refreshments. All the staff are polite and attentive. Can’t recommend Porsche Leicester highly enough!!

Clearly I purchased and went on to enjoy consistent high levels of service ever since. My personal sales pro, Tim Hill is a Porsche guru knowing all the nuts and bolts and hints and tips to build a great spec, but what I love is that this is a genuine nice team who step in, help out and it doesn't matter who you come in to contact with, they treat you with respect, personal service and always with a smile!
