We had a visit from mobile technician Michael to deal with a recall on our car. Michael turned up early, was very friendly and helpful and sorted the issue for us in a timely manner. Mobile diagnostic technician
The mobile diagnostics on my car were efficient and the fix also so. Michael couldn't have been more helpful. It got my car fixed quicker than waiting for an appointment to visit the service centre which given we had an engine warning light on was important to us

I would avoid this incompetent team at all costs
This company have had my E-Tron for the past 6 months. The vehicle is still not fixed and I have had to pay and have it transferred to another garage. I have had to pay several thousand pounds before they would release my car. The technicians appear unable to work in a logical manner. Customer care is non existent. I would give a minus rating if this was an option.

Audi Reading (Sytner): Excellent experience, both in terms of purchasing my Audi S3 (2023) and having it serviced.

I bought a brand new Audi Q7 Black…
I bought a brand new Audi Q7 Black edition from Audi Slough in September that had a fault from new but Audi slough closed down and I was told from Audi UK that Audi Reading has took over my contract on as part of the sytner group. But even with me having my car in my local Audi for repair 7 times and still had the problem Audi Reading would not help me they just tried to offer me a px price to sell me another car. I would never buy a car from any of the Sytner Groups again. They get your money then don't want to help when you have a problem. I’ve now had to sell the car back to Audi and lose a lot of money. Audi Reading took my contract over when Audi slough shut down as Audi uk told me this so I have put my review on the correct site!!!

Friendly and extremely knowledgeable, he confirmed the issue, summarised the work required and liaised with the warranty team for authorisation.
Back next day to complete the work without fault. Thoroughly recommend him.

A warning light appeared on the dash on my Audi Q2. Car was booked into the workshop but they couldn't see the car for a few weeks. I was contacted by Michael (Mobile Technician) and he came to the house and fixed the car within a couple of days. Such a great service. Having a mobile repair is so convenient and saves the hassle of driving to the dealer and arranging alternative transport etc. Highly recommended
