Went to Hadfield road Sytner to-day to purchase new mini countryman ,parked and walk into a dark showroom with all four models locked.Waited for half hour in showroom no one came to asked they could help .Then strolled around vehicles on forecourt with no prices shown.Went back in show room again nobody was interested another twenty minutes walked out.The first mini I bought there was a great experience but now this dealership has lost its leadership for mini brand..

Can’t thank Chloe & Anne Marie in the service department enough. My car was booked in for a recall and after receiving it back I noticed an issue. When Chloe rang for a follow up phone call I told her about said issue, they had it straight back in and after checking it over they assured me it was nothing to do with the work they had carried out. Nevertheless my car was fixed through goodwill. Mini really do look after their customers. The service, customer service and after care I received was 10/10. Thank you so much guys :)

Great car, even greater team at Cardiff Mini!
Recently picked up a Mini Aceman from Cardiff, Teah was amazing throughout the whole process. From helping me with all the initial information about the car, to answering my many questions I had in the process, she was fantastic! When I went to pick up the car, she explained how everything worked in detail and helped me with the app and the set up of the car and I left feeling very confident. Josh was also fantastic with explaining the finance with me as this was my first experience with having to do that as I’ve usually bought cars outright in the past. Really pleased with everything and I will definitely be back. Big love to Teah & Josh ❤️
Oh and the Mini Aceman is epic!

Paid my deposit for an all electric…
Paid my deposit for an all electric mini aceman. Josh and Harriet supported me throughout the process and gave excellent customer service. However when I contacted an electrical engineer to give me a quote to install the EV charger, problems arose. To have the charger installed on my garage which serves my drive would have cost me approximately £3,500! My garage and drive is situated behind my house in a block of three that serves other homes. The cable would require a new consumer unit and the cable would have to be channeled underground for a length of 20 metres. Effective communication from the outset regarding the EV charging point would have made me make enquiries prior to signing up for an electric vehicle. This discussion should take place as part of the sales pitch. I am still awaiting the return of my deposit

We do not visit potential EV customers properties and are not electricians. Like any other car retailer, we are not qualified to give any advice on potential costs and would have no idea that you needed special installation due to the circumstances of your home. For the vast majority of customers with off-street parking, a standard charger at a cost in the region of £800-£900 is available from multiple reputable suppliers. Beware minis advertised for sale may have already been sold
Drove 100 mile round trip to purchase a 2024 plate mini, needed time to consider the part exchange offer.
Two days later rang to speak to a sales person but was told they were short staffed so wait for a call back. In the meantime I reserved it on line paid the deposit and soon after got a call to discuss how I'd be financing the purchase and to await a further call to confirm from the manager.
I then got a call an hour later telling me it was already sold and I'd have to wait a few days to get my deposit returned!
(No contact with Sytner BMW)

While I understand your disappointment, I want to emphasise that we did explain the possibility of this occurring if the reservation fee wasn't placed. I believe our approach was fair, and I’m sorry you feel that it was an unsatisfactory experience. In this case, the decisions regarding the car were entirely yours, and there wasn’t an alternative course of action we could have taken to better accommodate your needs. Don’t deal with Sytner Mini Cardiff
Popped into Sytner Mini Cardiff to buy a used Mini Countyman, they did not have anything we liked in stock but did have exactly what we were looking for at their Leicester store so we paid our £500 deposit. We were told it would be ready in two weeks? Two weeks went by with no communication from Sytner Cardiff, when we chased we found it very difficult to get anyone to speak to us.In frustration I eventually got hold of the dealership manager who apologised profusely and said he would sort things out. Two weeks later we were told the car had finally arrived in Cardiff but unfortunately it was under a recall and could not be released for safety reasons??? We were also told they could not give us a date for the recall being carried out as there was a shortage of the parts required. What a shambles I would never use or recommend Sytner Cardiff. We then called into Sytner Newport who had the same spec and colour car. It was under the same recall but they said they would release the car but it would have to go back to them when the part became available. We called Cardiff to ask how this was possible and all of a sudden we had a call from Newport saying there was a misunderstanding and that car was no longer available. Staff at both Sytner Mini centres continually lied to us about the cars and the situation
As you can see below Nick at Sytner Cardiff has tried to justify their lack of professionalism. The recall was known from August, two months before they took our deposit. Nick was personally involved with our complaint and did nothing to resolve our complaint other than blame the young salesman Connor who had been great throughout the process.
