Amazing Customer Service
I recently purchased a used mini from Synter Cardiff Mini. From start to finish, their customer service was exceptional. You would have thought I was buying a top of the range brand new model, not a 10 year old Countryman. Their service is absolutely faultless. Having dealt with both Audi and Mercedes dealers in the past, I feel the service from Sytner Cardiff Mini surpasses them all. Thanks to Chris and everyone we spoke to there for making the purchase so easy. I’ll definitely be returning when I need to upgrade.

Were told that they had serviced the car when it transpired they hadn't....
When viewing the car we were told that as its next service was due in less than 6 months it would be done prior to delivery. Checked this with Sales Manager whilst closing sale and again told it would be serviced. Salesperson was due to call us on the following Monday to arrange collection date - no contact by 4pm so called garage - again when arranging date checked that service and Autoglym treatment would be done before collection - told that it was. Collected car at arranged time on Thursday - as part of general chat my wife asked whether it had been serviced and treated - told by salesman that both had been done. Whilst salesman was demonstrating the car on handover I asked if he could show the service history - it hadn't been serviced.
Back in the showroom he conferred with his manager who said that their policy was to undertake services due in 4 months - not 6. This failed to explain why we were promised it on 3 occasions and worse still actually told that it had been done..... Manager then agreed that Sytner would meet the costs of the next service and that she would e-mail that afternoon to confirm. No e-mail received, so following day e-mailed the salesman asking for the confirmation. No response. Had to contact the garage a third time to speak with the manager before we finally had the written confirmation.
Extremely poor customer experience.
Addendum: Contrary to the response from Sytner dated 21/5/24 there has been no contact following the posting of this review

Disappointed that after spending £26500…
Disappointed that after spending £26500 on a Mini there was no petrol in the car even though I returned my car that was being part ex with half a tank. Within 7 days of having my new car I have had to put air in all tyres as pressure was low on all tyres.
