SOS sign on the dashboard happens quite a frequently.
I had arranged for work to be done on SOS sign on display on instrument panel on arriving earlier than expected Mr.Lewis came over and tried to fit my repair as soon as he could and got it done in very short time and I was on my way. His effort to get it the job done as soon as possible and very successful and great for me as I was going to wait till it was finished so I didn’t have to wait so much longer.This was a great service and the staff effort thanks for everything.

Was a real pleasure dealing with Amaan. We picked up our new vehicle earlier last weekend. We've been with Sytner Chigwell for a number of years and purchased numerous vehicles through them. This particular vehicle purchase and entire process with Amaan has been exceptional – he was always been detailed with his updates, the communication and customer service throughout this process have been thoroughly impressive and much appreciated.
He had a proactive approach in planning for the collection and keeping me informed of any further updates.

Lesson learnt stick to main dealer!
Start to finish my service advisor Reggie Witham was exceptional, very understanding and humble in his approach, his communication towards me was easy on the ear to listen to and made feel comfortable. BMW did a great job with my MOT and returned my car clean and well looked after, including a hoovered interior. Although the wait was a bit longer than expected, the customer service was excellent. Craig took good care of me and made sure I could raise any concerns, which I really appreciated.
