Avoid buying a BMW as you would the plague
It’s a case of what went right and the answer is nothing. BMW seem incapable of accepting they are wrong and go into denial. They don’t follow the basic tenants of service and are a shadow of what they were. Never could I recommend BMW to anyone as they don’t honour the guarantee and put the might of BMW against customers at every turn. My advice avoid buying a BMW as you would the plague
