Sytner Mini Coventry Superb Service
Went along to Sytner Mini to look at a Mini Cooper, whilst there we were very fortunate to deal with Louis Bibb. He is without doubt the best sales person we have had the pleasure to deal with. His approach was engaging, very informative and patient. Louis took the time to answer our many questions and helped with any concerns we had. He is a credit to Sytner Mini. Great Experience
I was able to complete all paperwork on line before collecting my new car which made the process so much easier. All staff were very helpful but the two mostly involved in the purchase of my new (new to me) car were James McNulty and Jordan Wilson. Both went the extra mile to make it a joyful experience. They were both very friendly and efficient at every stage, including helping me to transfer my VRM to the new car. The Mini Brand is brilliant and the staff support it so well. I would definitely buy from Sytner Coventry MINI again, thank you.

Everyone at Sytner’s in Coventry were friendly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I have usually gone to mini in Leicester but the Coventry staff were on another level.

Damaged New Car
Agreed to buy a new car which had been in the showroom and had a lot of marks on it. Checked it upon collection and there was still damage and the panel gaps were full of white polish residue. I know that could have been removed but it just looked rubbish, as if it had been in a bodyshop. Salesman and his boss are like spivs from World War 2. To be fair they did offer to 'rectify' the car but I did not want a new car which had been rectified so forfeited my deposit. Would not recommend.

Cheryl and the team did a great job. We were in the middle of a Caribbean cruise and found the car on your website….so not the easiest sale for you. But an extensive video and emails made me decide to put a deposit on the car. We collected it a week later and everything was perfect! Great job by the team.

Never done a distant sale before as…
Never done a distant sale before as viewed the car online with videos , asked for some specifics and nothing was too difficult for them. Even signing the paper work was done all online. They made the transaction so simple even part exchanged my car which they collected and delivered my new car some 350 miles and it arrived 8am on. Sunday morning. Can’t beat that for service .

Great car, disappointing customer service
Overall we are very happy with the car it drives beautifully and has everything we asked for. The sales experience however was not so good.
As we were quite far from the garage we couldn't go see the car so we’re reliant on the garage to send a video which took almost a week to come through (other garages managed this within hours) luckily we were keen on this car otherwise we would have moved on.
I also feel we were given a hard sell, we were charged, we feel a lot for delivery which was driven down (adding more miles) and I was also convinced to go for the autoglym option but upon arrival of the car we are not convinced this was done (or not very well at least) and only half the products appear to be in the package that comes with the deal.
We are also disappointed to find the car has 2 marks that weren’t pointed out to us on the video or even mentioned. It is not a deal breaker but it would have been nice to be informed rather then find out on exchange.
We have written to the garage to let them know our dissatisfaction and a week down the line we have still not received the courtesy of a response.
So sad to say the service/sales experience we have received from Coventry was poor compared to other garages we have dealt with.
