This is our 5th Mini purchased over the years from Phil at Mini Sales Harold Wood.
From picking the Spec and placing the order Phil always keeps us updated with Build Schedule etc.
With the shortage of Computer Chips this last year the build was understandably delayed, but we were updated every week.
Collecting a new Car is always exciting, but the extra little touches that Mini add make it a real fun experience.
The after care is excellent. Phil checks in with you to make sure everything going well and is always available if needed.
The Mini Hatchback is great to drive, lots of comments on how smart it looks. Love the new interior.
We honestly cannot fault Mini at Harold Wood and in particular Phil W.

Everything ran very smoothly throughout the whole process and we were kept up to date with how our order was going right from the start by our Sytner dealer Phil Wallington. My second car purchase with Sytner Mini Harold wood and it was as faultless as the first. Excellent informed sales team who initially contacted me in lockdown about changing my car and had adapted all their processes according to restrictions. Then my sales contact Julie secured a promotion and Louis let me know then continued to call me regularly and keep me informed during the delays of contactors being available in the production lines. Now I finally have a shiny new clubman and I love it - including a follow up call from Louis to check I’m happy. And I am!

Sales side was good. Handover and collection was very poor.
Sytner number plate left on the car that I did not see till I got home so actual front plate was not showing.
Tyre pressure warning light came on 500 yards after leaving. Front tyre pressures had not been checked. OSF was 2.1 bar and NSF was 3.1!
Rear parcel shelf and tyre inflation kit were missing. Currently on order with you.
Sunroof was filthy. Rest of the car was clean.
No drivers floor mat?
Numerous stone chips on the bonnet that were not declared on the ad on your website.
Jodi was very pleasant though.

As always, great service received from Sytner Harold Wood Mini. New car took six months to arrive but I was forewarned, a consequence of covid. Some paperwork completed online pre collection which enabled a very smooth handover.

Vehicle mileage advertised at 1600 but was 7400 when received. Car not received on two dates as promised. All sorted in the end but felt that this deal was just another sale with no attention to detail.

I purchased a used mini 20/70 plate online although the dealership was some distance away Anton and Jodi-Ann reassured me that the mini would be in excellent condition, they gave me a very good price for our mini and after all the paper work was completed they delivered the mini to me, true to there word the mini was exceptional inside and out, a big thank you to you both for an excellent service.

Sytner identified that my vehicle would be worth more than I owed on it and asked me to consider changing it. I went into the dealership and spoke to the same sales person as before and who knew me. We were able to come up with a package which suited my circumstances and it was explained that I would have to wait some weeks before the new vehicle would be available. I was kept informed throughout the period.
