Contacted sytner to sell my 2 yr old JCW. Chris Buss, their buyer, visited my house the following day and a value was agreed easily. He let me use the car for another 10 days, then collected it today, no problems.

Seamless Process!
It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Chris Buss, who provided a seamless process when purchasing back my Mini. Chris kept me updated throughout the process, with specific timelines always adhered to and with funds being paid into my account on date of collection, exactly as Chris had advised. He made the entire transaction very easy. All in all an excellent example of great customer service!

Terrible Mechanics
My car wouldn't start, error message was 'depress clutch'. AA said the issue was the clutch sensor switch. Took it to Sytner High Wycombe who said the issue was the starter motor. Charged me £1200 and when I went to collect the car it still wouldn't start, still showing the error message of 'depress clutch'. I was then asked to approve £1500 of investigation work so they could find the error. I refused. I had to pay the £1200 to get my car back. Terrible experience!

I was looking for a second hand mini
I was looking for a second hand mini, had Zubin not approached me I would have walked out the shop with nothing, he showed me the new mini and then we started the process to buy it, Zubin has a lovely approachable friendly personality and along with Ian they both made the experience very easy for me.

What can I say. I was very happy with my experience at Sytner Mini at Wycombe. Was mainly down to Zubin who looked after me every step of way in purchasing my new car. After someone wrote off my last Mini. Which I also bought with Zubin’s help. 10 out 10

Excellent service at Sytner BMW
Excellent service from Carl Richardson and colleague Jack from the Bodyshop section.
I had previously brought two cars in for an annual check of repairs under the Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee - this was done quickly and efficiently while I waited, without having to make a booking.
One car had a bonnet catch that was not engaging correctly which they were able to fix in just a few minutes, again while I waited. This was outstanding service and made my day!
My experience of using the Approved Bodyshop has always been excellent.

The service I have received from Sytner High Wycombe mini has been first class from ordering my mini to delivery and handover. I was kept informed of progress on a regular basis by Zubin and if I ever had any questions or queries, contacting the team was effortless and responses were prompt and helpful. A Wonderful Experience
James was extremely helpful throughout the whole process whilst deciding upon a new Mini. He kept me informed during the build period and answered all my queries. The pick up day was a very special experience. All the Sales staff were very friendly.
