I have been driving 46 years, many of which as a high mileage driver.
Currently due to an ongoing technical issue with my Jaguar I have been returning to the Maidstone JLR dealership quite a few times. The issue is not easy to resolve but Sytner Maidstone JLR have been phenomenal liaising and seeing me right with this issue.
Then there was a slight mishap with my car which was not intentional at the dealership. Absolute honesty and integrity on their part prevailed and when in life things do sometimes go wrong - it’s what you do about it to put it right. In that regard Sytner JLR Maidstone have excelled and a very special thanks to Steve Norton Service and his Service team mechanic engineers and the Jaguar reception team.
It’s a pleasure taking my business to Sytner Maidstone JLR and I highly commend them on excellent customer service personified.

Firstly, the appointment was booked for 1300 hours two weeks in advance. During that time I was told the Most will be done in 45 minutes so decided to sit and wait. I was told the cleaning inside and outside was free too. I was informed the previous day that I had to take my car at 1400 hour. Then I had to argue about cleaning, struggled to kill three hours to have my car completed and then the summary of work in the form of video was not sent as agreed. Very disappointed.
