My F pace went into it’s service , MOT , and a amber warning light, Sally on the service desk was her normal brilliant self not only did she do her job with a smile she also got me home and return the F Pace back home. Not forgetting also the work shop team who were outstanding and Simon who takes time to speak with me and explainers what he has completed very clever Tecnical person, and also Mark and his colleague s in the store always ready with advice and always get a good and happy welcome,well done the team A stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️. Car not washed/cleaned despite being in for whole day only needed service and MOT.
No mention of wear on discs which were apparently needing to be done last time.

I attended the Maidstone branch for a booked MOT. All the staff I spoke to were polite and very helpful. I was offered refreshments several times while I waited for the MOT to be completed. I was also offered a complimentary car wash which was a bonus.
In addition, I was rovided with an update on the progress on the delivery time of my new hybrid vehicle.
I really appreciate the customer service I receive from the Maidstone staff; they are a pleasure to do business with.

My local Jaguar dealer (Jardines Tonbridge,) were singularly unhelpful and unfriendly when I enquired about servicing my F type Jaguar. And they were expensive and refused point blank to price match. So I decided to travel a bit further and use Jaguar Maidstone for the first time for its service. I am the first to give bad reviews but have to say cant fault anything this week at Sytners Maidstone. . Competitive price, free loan car, offered to collect car, car ready on time and everything done that should have been done. What more can you ask for. And pleasant service reception.And cleaned inside and out.

We were having a really bad time after buying a second hand range rover with 40000 miles on clock year 2014 and after 6 months the engine seised Then we found out when Sytner took the old engine out that it had also been in an accident and repairs to that not done properly We did checks before buying on Auto Trader and everything seemed okay It was a trader in the North of England not A Range Rover dealer.Sytner have been amazing so helpful we dealt with Victoria most of the time she was great so patient with us explaining everything that needed doing step by step nothing was to much trouble We now have a repaired car new engine and the workman ship could not be faulted They made are horrible experience as trouble free as possible We are pensioners and we treated ourselves to a car we felt would be are last one took great care to make sure it was safe to buy but we got caught out thank goodness for all the staff at SYTNER BIG BIG THANKYOU John and Tessa Tarrant

I started looking for my next Jaguar in early March and after being disappointed with my previous main dealer I decided to shop around. Sytner gave me a reasonable offer, particularly on PX so I went with you.

To my surprise the car became available well before all predictions but when the final bill arrived I was somewhat shocked at the change in the original offer. When I looked at my original paperwork I noticed the guide that was used to assess the price of my car was September 2021, 7 months old, no wonder it seemed a better deal.

There were other issues during this cycle that has made this purchase less than smooth. A situation that I have never encountered when previously buying Jaguar from Woodford, Brentwood and Canterbury. When I began these negotiations I was informed that Sytner were no longer main dealers for jaguar. In retrospect I should have heeded that move and changed to a main dealer.

Excellent, efficient service. Friendly reception staff.

From the first introduction the Salesman has looked after my needs and even though there are a couple of minor problems he continues to offer first class service.

I always get treated as a valued customer, the staff are cheerful, friendly and extremely helpful
