I was very pleased with my service
I was very pleased with my service. However, when I eventually got to drive my car, which was a week after it was returned to me, I noticed on the edge of the drivers door, some faint scuff marks where it looks as though someone has opened the car door to get out, onto another vehicle. The scuff mark is small, but I am certain it wasn't there beforehand. I am extremely careful about this and am sure it wasn't me who did this. I didn't receive a copy of the photographs your driver took before he drove my car away, but I did point out a scuff that I had made to one of my alloys. So - my point is I am very open/honest about this! In may view, this was the only mark in the car. So I'm afraid that this mark was not made by me.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Everything, from booking an appointment, confirming the work required, a fault identified and quote for remedial work, etc. was all done quickly and efficiently, and everything was clearly explained. Communication throughout was excellent.
All the staff I encountered, from the telephone appointment, the receptionists, and the service staff, were polite, friendly and efficient. The vehicle was clean when returned to me and a few days later I received a phone call to check everything was to my satisfaction.
I have used this dealer before and will continue to do so, they are consistently excellent.

I recently had my ePace serviced which cost me £442.33. Less than a week later I had a warning sign saying I was low on coolant and I had to go back to Guy Salmons to have the car checked. I was not to pleased
