Tried to charge me £1k+ for parts which were then not fitted
Worst dealership experience I've ever had.
Had my car for 10 days to replace 2 tyres and 2 control arms. Advised I needed to spend over £1k on parts, which I subsequently proved were a warranty item. When I collected the car, the parts weren't fitted, despite being used as the reason for the lengthy delay in repair, as they were not needed.
Took the car for an MOT the same day where it failed due to broken components which should have been picked up in the visual health inspection and during the warranty work. It took the dealership a further 11 days to repair the broken parts, 2 suspension springs.

Fire Red BMW 120m Sport
My wife recently bought a car from Mercedes in Slough but the after care sales service was so poor we started using Mercedes in Watford, Sytner. We were so impressed with service that it was a no brainer to use the group again when I wanted a new car and I was not disappointed.
The service was excellent. Jeremy was the main sales person but I also interacted with Bill, their boss Joshua and Ash in finance. All were vey professional, knowledgable, kind and considerate. I was made to feel like a valued customer both pre- and post purchase.
I also had a dashcam fitted post purchase. Again both the equipment and service were excellent.
Special thanks must go to Jeremy who gave a brilliant level of service which is rare these days.
The car is exactly what I wanted and I am enjoying driving it. I highly recommend Sytner and BMW Maidenhead.
As for the car, I love my fire red BMW 120M Sport.

Scammed in to buy new tyres
I have been a regular at Sytner service and MOT at Maidenhead. Today was a horrible experience as my MOT cost me £1k . They failed my MOT stating the two tyres had cuts and can see the code . Took the tyre to a third party and I was told these cuts are minor and not as exaggerated by MOT staff Kelly as deep cut and can see the code of the tyre . I was forced to change two tyres which cost me almost £1k. The changed tyres done only 9000 miles . These are not cheap tyres as my vehicle is the biggest made by BMW. I was so furious and gutted that Sytner Maidenhead scammed me . I will never go there again for MOT as this is how they make money by scamming people to change parts and tyres when really not needed . I was told three weeks ago when the brake oil was changed all good and MOT will pass but was a different story today as they conned me for £1k. Avoid MOT at Sytner Maidenhead and better to get it done locally as you all will save money .

Let down by Sytner Maidenhead
Frankly, this branch does not even deserve a single star. Bought AUC from Sytner BMW High Wycombe with the assurance of 12 months unlimited warranty. Within 9 months, car had an electrical fault and when I took it to Sytner BMW Maidenhead (this being local to me), they simply denied the warranty saying as car was purchased from Sytner High Wycombe, I will have to go to them and that there will be charges if Maidenhead branch were to get the issue fixed. I was assured at the time of purchase that the 12 months warranty was with BMW nationwide at any main dealers. Even after various attempts by High Wycombe branch to get the matter resolved there was no response from the Maidenhead branch. Finally had to take car to High Wycombe to get the fault fixed. Although High Wycombe did charge me labour costs, at least they didn't let me down. Even after me complaining to BMW UK about my experience and them trying to contact Sytner Maidenhead, still there was no response. As a good wheel gesture BMW UK decided to get the amount I was charged by the High Wycombe branch refunded. To me it appears the branch in Maidenhead do not value the customer at all and do not deserve the the BMW brand.
