Visited Mini specifically - Pleasant thorough staff, great communication, smooth drop off and collection with complementary coffee (which was good) and a car wash with inside clean (absolutely fantastic!). From the moment I arrived until I left I was kept informed throughout. I was dealing with Nicola and nothing was too much trouble for her despite being heavily pregnant. 10 out 10 ....first class service
