How to get things done, or not!
I rang BMW Newport because ATS could not swap my tyres from winter to summer because they could not undo the bolts saying the locking nut attachment was faulty. I got through to maintenance and the chap told me they had one in stock so I asked them to hold it for me, but could he book me in to swap my tyres over using the new locking nut attachment. He said he couldn't but would transfer me to someone who could. I had to leave a voice mail as no one answered. I waited over 2 hours but no one rang me back, so I drove to Newport (from Cwmbran). Once there the service was brilliant and I got booked in for the next day. The work was done the following day and I have my new locking nut in the car. Not 5 stars because no one rang me back.

Excellent service and support. The minor issue was rectified quickly and under warranty with no fuss. Our service advisor, Emma, kept us fully informed though out and we had the car back in no time.
