Although there was a slight delay with collection of my new Mini it was dealt with in a professional way.
From ordering to collection/handover I was kept informed of progress by either Lee or Simon. Everything was explained fully by a friendly and helpful sales team. He actually pointed me in the direction of a Mini that I had not considered and I am so glad that this car turned out to be my new car which I absolutely love!
He guided me through every process that I had to negotiate and totally reassured me that I had nothing to worry about and he would help me with everything that needed to be done including himself putting my own private number plates on my new car when all the paperwork came through.

Mark Taylor was extremely helpful and friendly. He made me feel completely at ease and sorted me out with exactly what I was after with no problem at all. One thing which I really like about this dealership and the people is they are not pushy in any way and don’t try and sell something just for their benefit they understand what the customers needs are.

First Class Experience
Sytner Oldbury Mini was a most welcoming dealership. Friendly and helpful personnel from the minute we walked in.
James, our sales representative was extremely knowledgeable and answered all questions we had. Two test drives were made available to us in automatic and manual versions and nothing was too much trouble.
We were given over 2 hours of time and all this helped to finalise what exactly we wanted from our new purchase.
We would recommend this dealership without hesitation.
