If you are thinking of buying a mini then I would seriously consider paying Sytner Oldbury a visit. They were both professional and knowledgeable and I must say the Salesman who I dealt with kept me informed with weekly updates about the progress of the sale which I have never received from any previous dealer which was really appreciated.

We received excellent service from Reece, then Danielle and everyone we spoke to was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. We would highly recommend

We found Mark to be possibly the best car sales we've had the experience of dealing with. He wasn't pushy, he explained the ins and outs of the car answered the questions we asked. Once we had made the decision to buy the car Mark explained our options, and the processes that each choice would entail. I would consider Mark an asset to you Company.

I cannot fault Sytner showroom at Oldbury, from the time I booked a viewing of the Mini Cooper through to me purchasing the car, the staff was excellent throughout. I was kept informed and updated at all times, right up to the day of collection. I was impressed with all the staff at Sytner and my thanks especially goes to Lizzie Swift who dealt with my purchase.

My experience at Sytner MINI Oldbury was fantastic, all staff were friendly and pleasant, especially Richard Spoor. Richard did an amazing job finding me my perfect car within my budget and even in the colour I wanted, he was very thorough with the answers to my questions and kept in contact with me throughout the whole process and even emailed me a lovely video of my new car when it arrived at Oldbury, and took the effort to explain how everything worked in the car on the video. Although he wasn’t able to do the hand over due to him not working the day I was able to collect, he still made the effort to contact me a few days later to make sure my hand over went well with a fellow colleague and to make sure I was happy with the car he found me and asked if there was anything else he could do for me. I absolutely love my new car, and so pleased with how easy the experience was with Richard as my sales assistant. Highly recommend I Sytner Oldbury, Massive thank you again to Richard!

Mark was so helpful. He kept me up to date with the progress of my car manufacture, he even called when it was bad news that meant my car was being delayed even more. I really appreciated his honesty, and I'm really glad he kept in touch throughout I didnt feel forgotten about or lost amongst a mountain of paperwork at any time. I love my new car too which is a bonus!

Thanks to Lizzie Swift! I have another brilliant car. The staff took their time in finding a car that met all mine and my partners needs, explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. Lizzie was brilliant and very helpful over the phone with answering my questions and sorting out the problem with the key fob.

Can't fault the customer service superb and just got to give Gary 10 out of 10 for a well explained on how the mini and the services work.

I have just purchased my third mini from Sytner Oldbury. The team are fantastic as always, so helpful and nothing is ever to much! My new car was ready for me to pick up in 2 days and is absolutely beautiful I am chuffed to bits with it! I was unsure of exactly what I wanted but Dan (Booth) talked me through the options - both car and finance wise. Everyone I encountered there was friendly.
When I collected my Mini, once again Dan was patient - talking me through all the functions on the car, and said I was welcome to pop back any time to go over it again if necessary.
Dan and the team made the experience stress free!

Brilliant service from start to finish. There were some delays with production due to the semi-conductor shortage but Mark kept me fully informed throughout and I all of my queries were answered quickly and honestly. Would definitely use them again.

Collected new Mini Clubman . Handover process was smooth & efficient and only took 15 minutes . Staff were very friendly . New car has been perfect & had full tank of petrol .
