Great service from all the people, shame about the IT booking system
Such a great service from all the Service people at Shrewsbury MINI, Chris & Amy are both professional, friendly and eager to help. The visual health check video is a nice touch. Unfortunately the Sytner Group IT system confuses rather than supports the booking process. Car was booked in via phone call with Chris and it was agreed I would receive a call the day before to confirm collection time but 3 days before I received an email asking me to confirm my booking & "Check-in Online" A second email was received the next day and then a text message the next day all wanting me to confirm my appointment and "Check-in Online" I had to phone Service and check my appointment had not been cancelled because I hadn't completed the Online Check-in. Apparently Online "Check-in" is not required but that is not mentioned in the emails or texts so most confusing and frustrating lets the overall experience down.

MOT Test
I took my mini in for an MOT test. As I was unable to walk very far I had a very relaxing time watching tv in the showroom whilst drinking coffee. The staff were all very attentive and when I collected my car not only had it passed the MOT it was beautifully cleaned! Much appreciated. Thank you Sytner Shrewsbury.

Ben and Amy – Excellent Service!
We had a brake calliper seize on our daughter’s 2017 Mini Cooper and couldn’t have asked for better service. Ben in the service department was fantastic—he got the car straight in on a Friday afternoon, diagnosed the problem right away, and promised it would be ready for Saturday morning. My daughter’s a medic and relies on her car, so Ben arranged a loan vehicle on the spot, at no extra cost. True to his word, the car was ready the next morning and the cost came in below the quote. Both Ben and Amy were brilliant –friendly, professional, and an absolute credit to MINI. Couldn’t fault a thing!

I had a very positive experience with this dealership. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process.
