Excellent service
Excellent service, very friendly and helpful especially as this is the first car I’ve driven as automatic and I was very apprehensive, Andy Griffiths took me on a test drive, then Amy Dowell and then they encouraged me to drive a couple of times afterwards to gain my confidence before I received the car. They are a great team and I cannot speak more highly of them. I feel that I can pop I see them anytime …. and the coffee machine makes a great frothy latte.

I received fantastic service from Regan Jordan form initial enquiry until collection. Unfortunately I had to put back the planned collection due to an issue with my PX car, Regan rearranged with no issues, he opened up early on the Sunday of collection as it was the last day of the sales event and it ensured a detailed handover not rushed. All in all can only say a very smooth process.

All staff members are extremely helpful and polite making the purchase of my new car easy, nothing is too much trouble and any questions I had were answered in depth. If I had questions about different interiors, this was answered by finding the different finishes in cars on site.
Whilst going through the purchase I was regularly offered drinks and asked if there was anything else they could do.
As this is my 5th vehicle from the same dealership they must be doing something right.
