Unfinished work.
Recently had some engine work done, but they had left pipe clips loose and various harnesses unclipped. I rang to let the Service manager know and he told me he would ring me back the next day.... He never did.
To pay for a premium dealer service, only to have to finish the job properly myself, is not great. I don't think I'll be using them again.

Don’t trust the valuation they give for your car when you trade in. They will mislead on the value of your car. Wouldn’t use this garage or group again. Actually feel robbed by the experience. Also discovered they are advertising the car with the incorrect mileage.
Naively thought you would get better treatment from a large group and not feel robbed and taken advantage of.
