I urgently needed information relating to my vehicles history. After a few frantic phone calls I was put through to Chris Wimbush in the Service Department. Perfect in everyway
So I decided to buy an approved mini after careful consideration, and I must say dean and Tim were both fantastic, amazing people so helpful along the way and couldn’t have asked for better service. Dean helped me all throughout the finance application and Tim helped me with the car. I pick the car up Thursday and I am over the moon. Massive thank you too everyone at mini Shrewsbury!

Choices, Choices made easy and fun
Chose Sytner Mini (prev Rybrook) Shrewsbury as good experience previously. Helped choose a Mini to fit our budget and Amy made sure we had a choice of options. help from her colleague George meant we felt that we purchased the car we needed and wanted in the end. Everyone was helpful, professional and friendly. Questions were answered fully and patiently and it was clear the sales team were well informed about their cars. There was no pressure to buy: we were given the time we needed to come to our decision.

A truly pleasurable experience
This has been the best vehicle purchase we have ever made, we received a superb service from Kyle from the initial extended test drive giving us the ability to make an informed decision up to collection of a beautifully presented vehicle held in the showroom to be seen in all its splendour. We were made welcome on every visit and at no point felt pressured. All questions were answered professionally and promptly the delivery time estimate was low at 12 weeks but in the end from test drive to delivery in just 45 days. We will without doubt be returning customers and until then we have a fantastic toy to play with Thanks again Kyle and Rybrook

Really poor customer service from…
Really poor customer service from Rybrook. Booked my BMW in for a safety recall repair. First time the appointment was cancelled only hours before as Rybrook did not have the parts in stock. Booked again 2 months later. Rybrook had the car for 6 hours only to tell me that the part had to ordered and was not in stock again. Receptionist was regretful and assured me that they had valeted my car whilst there. Spoke with the manager who assured me they would prioritise my repair as their service had fallen below standards. When I collected my car no wash or valet had clearly taken place clearly. Despite this assurance no contact in 3 months to provide a repair date.
Really poor customer service and staff who could not care less. Will not be returning to this sham of a company. Would advise other BMW / Mini customers to look elsewhere.
One star is for the receptionist who showed any kind of appreciation for the customers poor service.
