My most enjoyable car purchasing experience to date... without doubt.
Really happy with both the vehicle and the service from start to finish. The website was well presented and easy to navigate. Their valuation tool gave me a good ballpark figure in terms of my trade-in vehicle, and as I found exactly what I was looking for in terms of spec, age and mileage, the online reservation option meant that I was able to reserve the car I wanted outside of opening hours. I was sent a video of the vehicle prior to my visit the next afternoon, which was nice. The car, a Mini Countryman Cooper S looked great and was a fantastic drive. The sales team (especially Damian) were great throughout, very helpful and not pushy in any way, and a follow-up phone call a couple of days after I picked up my new car was a nice touch. A smooth, easy and hassle free experience, I would thoroughly recommend Sytner Stevenage MINI and (providing that my next car is a MINI, which is highly likely) I will definitely be going back.
